Summary / Abstract:

LTTyrimo tikslas – atskleisti supervizijos taikymo aspektus, analizuojant socialinių darbuotojų profesinio streso riziką konfliktinėse situacijose. Medžiaga ir metodai. Tyrime buvo taikytas reprezentatyvios imties atrankos būdas. Tyrimas atliktas socialines paslaugas teikiančiose organizacijose. Iš viso apklausta 433 asmenys (anketų grįžtamumas 74 proc.). Duomenims rinkti taikytas anoniminės apklausos raštu metodas. Anketos sudarymas grindžiamas supervizijos teorija ir metodika (B. Jansen, W. Munch, M. S. Tsui). Socialinių darbuotojų profesinio streso rizikai tirti remtasi E. R. Parson, J. B. Cunningham, T. H. Holmes, R. H. Rahe, N. Golan tyrimais. Socialinių darbuotojų konfliktų sprendimo strategija identifikuota atsižvelgiant į K. W. Thomo ir H. Kilmanno modelį. Visi respondentų atsakymai buvo suvesti į tipinę SPSS-11 duomenų matricą. Duomenys apdoroti taikant aprašomąją statistiką (vidurkius ir procentus) reitingams sudaryti, be to, buvo taikytas parametrinis ANOVA testas, tikrinant socialinių-demografinių duomenų ir nagrinėjamų konstruktų ryšius (visur taikytas reikšmingumo lygmuo p ≤ 0,05). Atlikta Spirmeno (Spearmen) koreliacijos analizė, tikrinant nagrinėjamųjų konstruktų statistinius ryšius. Rezultatai ir išvados. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad socialiniai darbuotojai, priklausantys vyresnėms amžiaus grupėms, neturintys universitetinio išsilavinimo, užimantys žemesnę poziciją darbe, išskiriantys streso požymius ir turintys blogus savireguliacijos įgūdžius, labiau akcentuoja prisiderinimo ir vengimo strategijas. Kontroliuojančios strategijos labiau laikosi tie socialiniai darbuotojai, kurie turi prastesnius laiko organizavimo gebėjimus. [...]. ENThe aim is to reveal aspects of application of supervision analyzing social workers’ professional stress risk in conflicting situations. Material and methods. In the research, the method of representative sample selection was employed. The research was carried out in the organizations offering social services. 433 people were questioned (reversibility of the questionnaire was 74 %). The method of anonymous written questioning was used to accumulate the data. The construction of the questionnaire was grounded on the theory and methods of supervision (Jansen B., Munch W., Tsui M. S.). E. R. Parson’s, J. B. Cunningham’s, T. H. Holmes’s, R. H. Rahe’s, N. Golan’s research was used to investigate the social workers’ professional stress risk. Identification of the strategy of social workers’ conflict solution was completed taking into account K. W. Thomas’s and H. Kilmann’s instrument. All the respondents’ answers were brought into a typical SPSS-11 data matrix. The data was handled applying descriptive statistics (average and percent) for ratings, and besides, parameter ANOVA test was applied checking the connection of social demographic data and analyzed constructs (everywhere the level of significance p ≤ 0,05 was employed). Testing statistical connection of investigated constructs Spearmen correlation analysis was made. Results and conclusions. The research results have shown that social workers without university education who belong to senior age groups, occupy a lower position at work, show signs of stress and have bad skills of self-regulation emphasize strategies of accommodation and avoidance more. The social workers who have poorer time management skills stick to competing strategy more. It has been noticed that social workers who are prone to accepting hard work more as a challenge and not as threat, distinguish themselves by good skills of self-regulation and connect theoretical knowledge with practice in conflicting situations are prone to collaboration. Theoretical analysis of supervision employment reveals the expression possibilities of accumulated emotional and conflicting professional experience, and emphasizes the perspective of interaction change of a person, professional role, organization or a client system.
