Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje dėmesys sutelkiamas j paveikslo plokštumos problematiką Lietuvos XX a. antros pusės modernistinėje tapyboje. Iki šiol mūsų dailėtyroje plokštumos samprata nėra konceptualiai apmąstyta. Kita vertus, daugelio modernistinės tapybos kūrėjų paveiksluose plokštumas atsveriamas gilumos iliuzijos fragmentais. Šiuo tikslu analizuojama paveikslo plokštumos samprata Vinco Kisarausko kūryboje, remiamasi 7-9 dešimtmečiais sukurtų koliažų ir asambliažų analize. Konkrečiai nagrinėjami du būdingi aspektai: gilumos iliuzijos ir plokštumos sutapatinimas bei realios erdvės įtraukimas į kūrinio struktūrą. Siekiama susieti Kisarausko plokštumos sampratą ne su XX a. pirmos pusės arsininkų plastiniais ieškojimais, o su Lietuvos šiuolaikine tapyba, taip kvestionuojant dailėtyroje sukurtą „lūžinį etapą" tapyboje ir atskleidžiant antros pusės modernistinės tapybos idėjų tęstinumą XX a. pabaigos - XXI a. šiuolaikinėje tapyboje. ENThe article explores the problem of picture plane in Lithuanian modernist painting of the second half of the 20th c. The problem exists because up until now the notion of picture plane has not been conceptually considered: the concepts mostly employed for the examination of modernist painting are used. On the other hand, modernist painters themselves haven't suppressed space in their paintings completely: the level components are outweighed by fragments of depth illusion. For this purpose a notion of picture plane in Vincas Kisarauskas' creative work is explored, using an analysis of collages and assemblages of the 1960s to the 1980s. Aiming to associate Kisarauskas' picture plane notion with contemporary Lithuanian painting and not with the artistic searches of the first half of the 20th c., thus questioning the "breaking stage" and the gap created by art criticism between modernist paintings of the second half of the 20th c. and contemporary painting of the end of the 20th с. and the 21th с. The artists picture plane notion is examined using two main aspects - equalising the illusion of depth and flat surface and drawing real space into the structure of the artwork. The equalising of the illusion of depth and flat surface allows us to explore Kisarauskas work using the "flatbed" concept suggested by Leo Steinberg. But this notion clashes with the authentic contents of the artwork, to which Steinberg ascribes this concept - dissolving the boundaries between art and reality, substantiating artwork thereby making it banal. To contcxtualisc authentic Kisarauskas "flatbeds" the artworks of Eastern European artists of the 1960s and 1970s are employed, the continuity of Lithuanian modernist painting ideas of the second half of the 2oth c. is evident in Kisarauskas' picture plane notion.
