Operacijų valdymo mokslas ir studijos
LTOperacijų valdymo modulio paskirtis – ugdyti gebėjimą savarankiškai formuluoti ir spręsti įvairialypės veiklos optimizavimo problemas, naudojant kiekybinius metodus. Operacijų valdymo modulio struktūra atspindi tris vadybos specialisto ugdymo pakopas: teorinių žinių įsisavinimas; valdymo situacijų modeliavimas, naudojant parengtus kompiuterinius modelius; savarankiškas sprendimų priėmimo projekto rengimas. Atlikus išsamią operacijų valdymo JAV ir Europos verslo vadybos administravimo mokymo programų analizę, gauti rezultatai buvo lyginami su Lietuvoje esama šio dalyko dėstymo metodika įvairiose ugdymo įstaigose (Kauno technologijos universitete, Vilniaus vadybos ir verslo akademijoje bei Vilniaus universiteto Tarptautinio verslo mokykloje). Straipsnyje pateikiamas esamos operacijų valdymo dėstymo būklės įvertinimas Lietuvoje, lyginant su JAV ir Europos mokymo įstaigų patirtimi.
ENOperations Management Module is designed to develop the ability to independently form and solve optimisation problems of various activities by quantitative methods. The emphasis must be placed not on the examination of the mathematical logic of solving problems or particular models, but on the possibilities of getting multiple solutions, the analysis of results and the substantiation of management solutions. It is possible to effectively model management situations only upon evaluating the application of the newest information technologies and using computer models that form the basis of decision support systems. The structure of the Operations Management Module reflects the three stages of developing a management specialist: assimilating theoretical knowledge; modelling management situations with ready-made computer models; independently preparing a decision-making model. The evaluation of the state of teaching operations management in Lithuania is presented in comparison with the practice of the US and European teaching institutions. The principles of improving subject teaching and knowledge assimilation have been formulated, and examples of introducing particular topics taking into account the changing business environment are presented.
