What happens when Dracula and Frankenstein become political figures?

LTDrakula ir Frankenšteinas simbolizuoja skirtingas politinio elgesio strategijas. Šios kilnios politinės jėgos retorikos figūros įkūnija valdžios aparato, kuris turi jėgą, santykius ir santykių su savo darbuotojais išraišką – gamybos ir reprodukcinę kontrolę. Politinių utopijų gamyba yra vienas iš mėgstamiausių žaidimų visuomenėse, kuriose dominuoja politiniai radikalai ir fundamentalistai (Drakulos ir Frankenšteinai). Piliečiai, kurie palieka komentarus Baltarusijos prezidento tinklalapyje, prašo, kad valstybės galva toliau formuotų valstybės politiką. Lukašenka veikia kaip mesijas virtualioje politinėje erdvėje, kaip šalies ateities, praeities ir dabarties programuotojas ir iliuzionistas. Drakulos ir Frankenšteino figūros kovoja viena su kita tarptautinės technologinės galios lygiu. JAV ir jų sąjungininkai kaltina Iraką amoralumu (Sadamas Huseinas yra kita tipinė Frankenšteino figūra) ir vardina kitas „blogio ašis“, kurios savo ruožtu kaltina „demokratiškus Vakarus“ kišimusi į jų vidaus reikalus ir siekimu parduoti jiems svetimus Drakulos tipo etikos kodeksus. Tiek Drakulos, tiek Frankenšteino politines figūras jungia vienas demoniškas idealas: rekonstruoti pasaulį pakeičiant jo gyventojus ir gamybos/reprodukcijos būdus. Tačiau šios baisios politinės figūros įspūdingai susijungia į bendrą galios technologijų junginį šiuolaikinėje valstybės hierarchijoje. Fracula yra naujas neo-liberalizmo ir neo-konservatyvizmo mechanizmas, kai politinis Drakulos stiliaus elitas susijungia su Frankenšteino tipo korporacijomis siekiant globalios ekspansijos.

ENDracula and Frankenstein symbolise different strategies of political behaviour. These noble rhetoric figures of political power embody relations of the government apparatus, which has power, and expression of its relations with its staff - productive and reproductive control. Production of political utopia is one of the most popular games in societies, which are predominated by political radicals and fundamentalists (Draculas and Frankensteins). Citizens leaving comments on the website of the President of Belarus ask the head of the state to continue shaping the state policy. Lukashenko acts as a messiah in the virtual political space, as the programme and illusionist of the country's future, past and present. The figure of Dracula and Frankenstein fights against one another at the level of international technological power. USA and their allies accuse Iraq for amorality (Saddam Hussein is another typical figure of Frankenstein) and further name other "axes of evil", which in their turn blame "democratic West" for interference into their domestic affairs and attempts to sell the codes of ethics of Dracula's type that are alien to them. The political figures of both Dracula and Frankenstein share the same daemon ideal: world makeover by changing its population and/or mode of production/reproduction. But these horrid political figures impressively merge into a unit of power technologies in the modern hierarchy of a state. Fracula is a new mechanism of neo-liberalism and neo-conservatism, where political elite of Dracula's style unites with the Frankenstein-type corporations in pursuit of global expansion.
