Visuotinės kokybės vadybos išmanymas ir taikymas Lietuvos įmonėse

LTVisame pasaulyje jau seniai pripažįstama, kad visuotinės kokybės vadyba yra viena iš pagrindinių verslo išlikimo konkurencingoje aplinkoje prielaidų. Tik visuotinės kokybės vadybą įdiegusios įmonės galės tiekti kokybiškus ir pigius, tai yra konkurencingus, produktus. Vis didėjančios globalinės konkurencijos akivaizdoje Lietuvos verslininkai turėtų išskirti savo veiklos, naudojamų vadybinių metodų ir požiūrių prioritetus. Todėl labai svarbu ištirti, kaip Lietuvos įmonių vadovai ir specialistai yra pasirengę priimti šį dabartinės pasaulinės ekonomikos plėtros iššūkį. Mokslinio tyrimo, kurio rezultatai pateikti šiame straipsnyje, tikslas buvo nustatyti Lietuvos įmonių vadovų ir specialistų kokybės vadybos išmanymo ir taikymo praktikoje lygį, siekiant išaiškinti esamą atotrūkį nuo visuotinės kokybės vadybos. Tuomet būtų galima parengti priemones Lietuvos Respublikos lygmenyje šiam atotrūkiui mažinti ir vėliau j į panaikinti. Tyrimas atliktas Marijampolės apskrities pavyzdžiu. Manoma, kad šis regionas šiuo požiūriu yra vidutinis, o gyventojų verslumo požiūriu tradiciškai įsivaizduojamas šalyje pirmaujančiu, išskyrus regionus, kuriuose yra didieji Lietuvos miestai. Darbe taikomi šie mokslinių tyrimų metodai: užsienio Šalių specialistų darbų loginė analizė, atskirų atvejų nagrinėjimas, lyginamoji analizė ir anketinė apklausa. EN[...] The purpose of scientific research presented in this article has been to measure the level of understanding and use of quality management in practice by the managers and specialists of Lithuanian enterprises in order to determine existing difference of approach to Total Quality Management. All those efforts are made with the aim to prepare an action plan and tools at the national level for reduction of the difference and it's elimination in the near future. The research has dealt with Marijampole region. It is supposed that the region is a medium developed one by the issue, and a highly developed region by the entrepreneurship of inhabitants, except the regions of the biggest cities of Lithuania. The scientific methods of research have been logical analysis of the works by the foreign specialists, comparative analysis and questionnaire survey. The main sources of information have been the latest published scientific works. Conclusions and recommendations are aimed at improving the current situation. The main purpose of the research in Marijampole region has been to find out the level of knowledge of the Total Quality Management conception. The results of the research shows that the concept of Total Quality Management is not so well known by the managers of companies in the region comparing to the managers in Papua New Guinea for example. General reasons for such a situation are the lack of information and low willingness to know more. Therefore Lithuanian companies are going to face competition with all those European and other enterprises that act in accordance with methodology of Total Quality Management.Lithuanian government should be concerned about the progress of country development stimulation. To achieve the most important principles of Total Quality Management - continuous improvement - is the main objective of the stimulation of education system. Therefore quality trainings and programmes for qualification improvement are necessary. Attention by the Lithuanian government to the modem scientific and educational ideas would help to prepare Total Quality Management learning programmes and to train top managers and quality specialists. All these measures could accelerate the implementation of Total Quality Management methodology nationwide. Moreover it could be useful to undertake the experience of foreign countries by developing international communication that gets more and more important worldwide for the stimulation of co-operation between quality specialists and business leaders. Lithuania should look for the valuable contacts with international quality organizations, apply the experience of the worldwide leaders using the principles of Total Quality Management. We need to co-operate with quality management scientists exploring the quality methods development and practical use, propagate new ideas by taking part in seminars and conferences, determine the Total Quality Management training programmes in all the possible levels, support the quality management scientific researches and projects for the implementation of Total Quality Management in order to improve the knowledge of Total Quality Management nationwide.
