Justino Marcinkevičiaus herojus

LTStraipsnyje brėžiamos Justino Marcinkevičiaus įvaizdžio, jo užimamos vietos kultūros lauke ir jo kurtų personažų paralelės. Konstatuojama perskyra tarp susikurto herojaus tipo ir kasdieniškojo, privataus gyvenimo, daroma prielaida, kad poeto įvaizdis kuriasi veikiamas jo sukurtų įtaigių personažų, kurie atitiko publikos lūkesčius. Išskirti du Marcinkevičiaus kuriamo herojaus dėmenys – aukštojo herojiškumo ir motiniškojo herojiškumo. Apibendrintas kuriamo herojaus tipas atitiko konservatyvios laikysenos sovietmečiu nuostatas. Konstatuojama, kad kol kas Marcinkevičiaus kūrybos recepcija yra ritualizuota, moralinis poeto autoritetas kuriamas kaip nuoseklaus, vidinių prieštaravimų ar prieštaringų veiksmų išvengusio kūrėjo.

ENIn this article the author analyzes the dissonance between Justinas Marcinkevičius’s public and private lives – between the hero created by the poet and the poet’s own person. The author explains the poet’s "bracketing" of his private, everyday, prosaic life as a result of the dominance of a sacral heroic type (the heroicized poet cannot have a private, everyday life) and the political circumstances which prevented Marcinkevičius’s "true" autobiographical texts from appearing. Marcinkevičius’s most important characters embody the poet’s creative project and are projections of his worldview. On the other hand, Marcinkevičius’s image in our society evolved in tandem with the portraits he created of his characters, and this could be one of the factors which led to his own "heroicization". This kind of heroic model also has an influence on reception, which the article describes as ritualized and selective. It is characterized by a sacral lexicon, the highlighting of patriotic and noble themes, the evasion of ambiguous, complex moments, and the neglect of private life.
