Development of meta-communicational competence of educationalist's in the context of education-dialogue (children-adults)

LTStraipsnyje siekiama atsakyti į klausimą, kokios pedagoginės daugiakultūrinės kompetencijos yra būtinos plėtojant ugdymą kaip dialogą tarp vaiko ir suaugusiojo. Atskleidžiamas ugdymo - dialogo diskursas ir prepozicijos, būtinos ugdytojų metakomunikacinės kompetencijos raidai: vaikystės sociokultūrinis aspektas, komunikacijos svarba, ugdymo subjektas, ugdytojo ir vaiko savigarbos raiška. Pateikiama dialogo analizė remiantis meta-komunikacine pedagogine suaugusio - vaiko sąveikos paradigma, išsamiai nagrinėjamas ugdymo - dialogo raidos metakontekstas. Remiantis naujausiomis pedagoginėmis teorijomis, atskleidžiama ugdymo kaip dialogo samprata analizuojant vaiko komunikacijos verbalinį kontekstą "Aš - tu - mes" sąveikoje. Didelis dėmesys skiriamas vaiko "Aš", "Tu", "Mes" situacijų dekodavimui, aptariant intersubjektyvios situacijos "aš - tu - mes" kontekstą, kuriame vaikas siunčia ugdytojui žinią apie jam svarbius dalykus.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Dialog children-adults; Childrens communicational experience.

ENThe article attempts to answer the question on which pedagogical multicultural competences are necessary for development of the upbringing as a dialogue between the child and the adult and reveals the discourse and propositions of nurturing as a dialogue, necessary for development of meta-communication competence of the nurturer: the sociocultural aspect of childhood, the importance of communication, the subject of upbringing and the expression of self-respect of the nurturer and the child. The analysis of the dialogue is presented referring to the meta-communication pedagogical paradigm of the interaction between the child and the adult, the meta-context of development of upbringing – dialogue is comprehensively examined. Referring to the latest pedagogical theories, the concept of upbringing as a dialogue is revealed by analyzing the verbal context of the child’s communication in the “I – you – we” interaction. Significant attention is dedicated to decoding of the “I”, “You”, “We” situations of the child, when discussing the “I – You – We” context of the inter-subjective situation, in which the child sends the message on the things, that are important to him, to its nurturer.
