Studentijos profesinių grupių radimasis

LTJaunimo profesiniai siekiai, ne vieno sociologinio tyrimo duomenimis, nėra stiprūs. Straipsnyje tiriama, ar gali skirtingų specialybių studentai dar studijų metu įgyti profesinės grupės bruožų. Tokių bruožų, t. y. bendrų nuostatų, vertybių, nesutampančių su kitų visuomenės grupių vertybėmis, panašių asmenybės ypatumų, kalbos savitumų, turi tik viena iš tirtų studentų grupių – kariūnai. Nustatyti šios profesinės grupės radimosi veiksniai. Kitų tirtų specialybių studentai profesinės grupės bruožų neturi. Tą lemia per trumpa studijų trukmė arba per silpna profesinių siekių motyvacija.

ENThe report deals with the formation of students' professional groups. It aims to ascertain whether the students of different specialities have the features of professional groups: a certain dimension of professional purposefulness, distinctive attitudes, values, personality traits and special language peculiarities. Only one of the groups characterized by the long duration of studies – the cadets – has the features of professional group. These features are brought up due to the order of professional training at the Military Academy, relatively close space of students' interpersonal contacts and the pressure of the group. In due course the features of professional group may develop into the subculture of the military. The sociologists of the final course have peculiar features too. Yet the features do not describe them as the professional group. It is possible that they will join the group of high social status. Their professional goal can be described as an aspiration for wide, not strictly defined qualification. The dissimilarity is characteristic of the students who just begin their studies. The certain features of their professional group are in an embryonic state.
