Rekomendacijos būsimų specialiųjų pedagogų praktikoje lyčių lygiavertiškumo ugdymo programai ir didaktikai
LTLyčių lygiavertiškumo ugdymo aktualumas siejamas su siekiais įveikti lytiškumo stereotipus, šališkumą ir diskriminaciją lyčių atžvilgiu mokymo ir auklėjimo procese ir turinyje. Būsimų specialiųjų pedagogų lyčių lygiavertiškumo ugdymo pedagoginėje praktikoje programos tikslai – studentų supratimo apie lyčių tapatumą praplėtimas, lyčių lygybės, partnerystės ir tolerancijos nuostatų ugdymas(is) mokykloje, studentų pedagoginių praktikų metu; kognityvinių, funkcinių ir asmeninių kompetencijų plėtotė, ugdantis savo ir ugdant mokinių lyčių lygybės, partnerystės ir tolerancijos nuostatas. Supratimo apie lyčių tapatumą praplėtimas reiškia moksleivių, tėvų, studentų ir mokytojų žinių lyčių lygybės klausimais, mergaičių ir berniukų asmeninio tobulėjimo aspektų praplėtimą, stengiantis išsklaidyti vyraujančius stereotipus lyčių ar negalių atžvilgiu. Koedukacija – bendras berniukų ir mergaičių ugdymas – sudaro sąlygas abiejų lyčių mokiniams įgyti vienodą išsilavinimą, bręsti darniomis asmenybėmis, plėtoti teisingą požiūrį į abiejų lyčių lygiateisiškumą ir vertingumą ir kt. Išskiriamos šios lyčių lygiavertiškumo nuostatų plėtojimo sritys pedagoginėse praktikose: studento, specialiojo pedagogo kalba ir bendravimas; mokymo turinio pertvarkymas, formuojant lyčių lygiavertiškumo nuostatas ugdymo procese; mergaičių ir berniukų vertybinių nuostatų, asmenybės savybių ir elgsenos ugdymas; požiūrio į lygiaverčius vyrų ir moterų vaidmenis šeimoje formavimas; požiūrio į lygiaverčius vyrų ir moterų vaidmenis profesiniame darbe, visuomeninėje veikloje formavimas.
ENThe topicality of gender equality education is related to the goal to overcome gender stereotypes, prejudices and discrimination in the process and content of teaching and education. The programme of gender education of future special pedagogues is aimed at expanding students' perception of gender identity, teaching gender equality, partnership and tolerance in schools and during students' pedagogical training, development of cognitive, functional and personal competences when educating children on gender equality, partnership and tolerance. Enhancement of gender identity perception means enhancement of schoolchildren, students, parents and teachers' knowledge on gender equality issues and girls and boys' personal development aspects by trying to eliminate prevailing stereotypes with regard to gender and disabilities. Co-education, i.e. joint education of boys and girls, provides possibilities for students of the both genders to gain equal education, mature as harmonious personalities, develop proper attitude towards the equality of the both genders. The following pedagogical fields for developing gender equality attitudes are highlighted: speech and communication of students, special pedagogues; reorganisation of the content of education when forming gender equality attitudes in the process of education; education of boys and girls' value attitudes, personal characteristics and behaviour; formation of the attitude towards equal roles of women and men in the family; formation attitudes towards equal professional and social roles of men and women.
