Such the investigations are need to be done in Lithuania too, especially in the case of students, because of their learning specifity, which differ from school requirements and enlarged impact of psychosocial adjustment. This article represents the data about relationships of inferiority and perfectionism and peculiarities of perfectionism and inferiority according gender. For this research were used the questionnaire of perfectionism APSR (almost perfect scale-revised) and inferiority measuring scale. Results show that students have no differences according gender among indicators of perfectionism and inferiority. It was found that distribution among types of perfectionism (adaptive, maladaptive and nonperfectionism) and levels of inferiority (high, moderate and low level of inferiority) is significant. For most of students with high level of inferiority is characteristic maladaptive perfectionism and for most of students with low level of inferiority is characteristic nonperfectionism or adaptive perfectionism. The appointment could be done that inferiority and perfectionism are in dynamic relationships and need to investigate the character, roots and other correlates in this circle. [text from author]
