LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama dvejopa darbo atlyginimo sandara viešosiose sveikatos priežiūros įstaigose: piniginis (bazinis atlyginimas ir piniginiai priedai) ir nepiniginis darbo įvertinimas. Darbo atlyginimas nagrinėjamas kaip sudėtinė personalo valdymo dalis, aptariama jo specifika ir ypatumai. Pateikta darbo atlyginimo nustatymo metodika galės naudotis kitos nacionalinės sveikatos apsaugos sistemos viešosios sveikatos priežiūros įstaigos.

ENThe object of the article is the analysing and systematising of the possibilities of the personnel work payment structures in the public health care institutions, which are interpreted as the new health care organisational structural subjects. There is the emphasis on the specificity of the personnel work payment structure in the Health Care System Organisations (HCSO). The specificity is related with some characteristic traits: the majority of the personnel are women, high level of the personnel intelligence, intellectual and qualification, the specificity of personnel activity, the huge personal and collective responsibility, the professional reticence, which depends on the objective reasons and professional structure. The connection between the personnel management and HCSO, work payment, external and internal environment, dependence on the organisation's size and it's existence time is demonstrated. The special attention is paid to the additional payment elements: the basic salary, extra pay and nonmonetary payment. There the comprehensive analysis of the personnel payment system in Klaipeda Hospital is presented. The personnel payment groups (11) are demonstrated according to their characteristics. They are formed while taking into account the qualification, professions and other traits. There is the personnel payment structure is offered in the article. The conclusion that can be made is that the work payment system in the public health care institutions of the secondary organisation level - Klaipeda Hospital corresponds the basic principles of formulation in such systems, is quite effective, mobile and could be applied in the analogous non-profit organisations.
