Summary / Abstract:

LTŠiuo metu Lietuva dalyvauja derybose, kaip asocijuota narė, dėl prisijungimo prie bendros Europos oro erdvės. Tai bus ilgas ir palaipsnis procecas, kurio metu pagrindinis tikslas taps Lietuvos nacionalinio vežėjo pasiruošimas nevaržomai konkurencijai laisvoje oro susisiekimo rinkoje. Ruošiantis integracijai į bendrą Europos oro erdvę, labai svarbu yra žinoti dabartines konkurencijos tarp aviakompanijų kryptis ir galimas konkurencijos strategijas. Įmonių tarpusavio bendradarbiavimas, kuriant strateginius aljansus, tampa viena iš pagrindinių aviakompanijų strategijų, siekiant išgyventi konkurencingoje rinkoje. Palaipsniui tai tampa oro susisiekimo rinkos charakteristika, reikalaujanti atitinkamai į tai reaguoti naujas laisvos rinkos dalyves.

ENThere are same general characteristics, which characterize alliances: cooperation and partnership; possibility for the partners to act sovereign; the partners from alliances are competitors from the same branch; partners legalize their activity trough cooperation agreements. The main forces, which have influenced creation of strategic alliances, are: development of technology; globalization and world economic integration; deregulation and liberalization. The principal motive for co-operation in air transport market is to gain an advantage over the competitors. Air carriers co-operate in the customers' satisfaction sphere. Strategic alliances interests in East European markets and process of liberalization in Common European Aviation Area and aspiration of Lithuanian nation carrier to join to Common European Aviation Area will decide, inevitably, meet of Lithuanian national carrier with the powerful alliances. It's very important for Lithuanian national carrier to survive in this stage and to know the main Competition's directions. Strategy should be support by cooperation. Lithuanian Air carrier must be equal in rights with other partners in strategic cooperation. For that it need to be restructured and privatized.
