Tikybos mokytojų rengimas universitete: metodikos pažinimo problemos

LTAkademinis tikybos mokytojų rengimas po nepriklausomybės atkūrimo Lietuvoje pradėjo skaičiuoti tik antrąjį dešimtmetį. Padėjus pagrindus sisteminėms studijoms, kyla būtinybė jas optimizuoti. Dabartinei švietimo sistemai reikalingi universitetinį išsilavinimą turintys pedagogai, kurie būtų ne tik geri fundamentaliųjų teologijos mokslų žinovai, tačiau gebėtų efektyviai ir įtaigiai padėti ugdytiniams įgyti žinių. Tikybos dėstymas reikalauja ne tiek faktinių žinių diegimo, kiek pedagoginės įžvalgos atskleidžiant tikėjimo slėpinius, brandinant krikščioniškąsias jaunos asmenybės vertybes, puoselėjant katalikiško gyvenimo būdo tradiciją. Siekiant užtikrinti, kad būtų išugdyti šie mokytojo gebėjimai, būtina ypatingą dėmesį sutelkti į tikybos mokymo metodikos pažinimą studijų procese. Aukštosiose mokyklose, rengiančiose katechetus, nepakankamai dėmesio skiriama tikybos specifikos klausimams, tikybos programų, vadovėlių, metodų bei metodinių priemonių pažinimui. Šio straipsnio tikslas – išryškinti svarbesniuosius tikybos dalyko ir jo metodikos pažinimo aspektus; juos pagrįsti teorinių studijų ir praktinės pedagoginės veiklos sąsajomis. Tai leistų studentams geriau pasirengti atsakingam pedagoginiam darbui. ENAcademic training of teachers of religion in Lithuania has recently entered only the second decade after the Restoration of the independence. Laying the fundaments of systemic studies requires the optimization of thereof. The present system of education needs pedagogues with the University training, not only experts of fundamental theological sciences, but also teachers able to give effectively and forcibly their knowledge to their pupils. Religion teaching means not only giving actual knowledge, but even in a higher extent it means pedagogic perception of disclosing the spirit of faith, maturing Christian securities of a young personality, developing the tradition of the Catholic way of life. For training the above skills of a teacher, the main attention in the process of studies should be concentrated on providing the methods of teaching religion. In training catechists, higher schools are not still ready to concentrate their attention on specific problems of teaching religion, cognition of the curriculum, textbooks, methods and methodic means. The objective of this article is to show the main aspects of cognition of the religion as a subject and methods of teaching this subject on the basis of the interaction of theoretical studies and practical pedagogic activities.
