Mokymosi kokybės vertinimas: užsienio kalbų centrų bendruomenės požiūris

LTStraipsnyje pristatomas užsienio kalbų centrų mokymo kokybės būklės tyrimas: analizuojamas ir gretinamas besimokančiųjų, dėstytojų ir administracijos atstovų požiūris pagal 4 mokymo kokybės kriterijus – materialinių išteklių valdymo, dėstytojų kvalifikacijos tinkamumo, mokymo turinio kokybės įvertinimo, visuomenės informavimo ir išorinių ryšių plėtojimo. Tyrimas vyko 2005 m. Vasario–balandžio mėnesiais. Respondentų imtį sudarė užsienio kalbų centrų administracijos atstovai, dėstytojai ir besimokantieji. Tyrime iš viso dalyvavo 270 respondentų, iš jų 8 administracijos atstovai, 42 dėstytojai, 220 besimokančiųjų. Tyrimo rezultatai leido nustatyti probleminius mokymo užsienio kalbų centruose kokybės momentus, reikalaujančius tolesnio tyrimo ir išsamesnės analizės. Tyrimo išvados gali būti diskusijų apie užsienio kalbų mokymo kokybės būklę nuolatinio mokymosi kontekste pagrindas.

ENThe article presents the research on education quality of the centres of foreign languages: the attitude of students, teachers and representatives of administration are analysed and compared according to the 4 criteria for education quality: the management of material sources, the qualifications of teachers, the evaluation of the curriculum and the public information and development of external relations. The research was performed in February – April 2005. The respondents were the representatives of administration, teachers and students of the centres of foreign languages. All in all, there were 270 respondents in the research: 8 representatives of administration, 42 teachers and 220 students. The results of the researches allowed to determine the quality factors of the centres of foreign languages that need further and more comprehensive analysis. The results may be the base for discussions about the education quality of the centres of foreign languages in the context of continuous learning.
