LTStraipsnyje aprašyta nauja mokomoji programin priemonė, kuri leidžia žmonėms, norintiems teisėjauti plaukimo varžybose, mokytis, tobulinti ir gilinti žinias įvairaus rango plaukimo varžyb teisėjavime. Remiantis FINA plaukimo varžyb taisyklėmis patyr ekspertai sistemoje Testtool tai kydami kontekstinio modeliavimo principus sukūr e. mokymo priemonę, susidedanči iš 3 dalių: autoriaus, administratoriaus ir studento. Sukurta apie 170 užduoči (problemini situacijų) ir sukelta į internetin aplinką. Studentas, užsiregistravęs programoje, pasirenka norimos programos dalį, vykdo nurodytas užduotis, atsako į pateiktus klausimus, sprendžia praktines situacijas ir tuojau pat gauna įvertinimus. Probleminės situacijos gali būti grafiškai paruošti basein plaukimo varžyboms, sustatyti teisėjus į j darbo vietas, nurodyti teisėjų, trenerių, komandos vadov ir plaukimo dalyvi veiksmus atskirose varžyb vykdymo stadijose. Sukurta programa gali būti bet kada papildoma ir keičiama. Ji leis pagerinti student mokymąsi teisėjauti plaukimo varžybose, suaktyvins student savarankišk užduoči atlikimą, leis ne plaukimo specialistams savarankiškai ruoštis tapti kvalifikuotais plaukimo varžyb teisėjais.

ENUp to now in Lithuania there has not been any attempt to instruct and assist future swimming referees in obtaining the necessary knowledge and to apply current methods and technology. One of these is a graphic data testing and modelling utilizing Testtool system, which is used successfully at KTU (Kaunas University of Technology) for nearly a decade. Objective is to create a teaching instrument, which would permit people desiring to referee swim competition, to learn and to deepen their knowledge in the various aspects of swimming competition refereeing. Based on FINA (International Swimming Federation) swim competition rules we created e-learning program, which consists of 3 parts: authors, administrators and students. More than 170 swimming competition-refereeing situation are created in the programme. The author's objective was to form laboratory type of tasks for students. These consist of 4 parts: 1. Places for referees during the swim competition. 2. Referees' activities during the different phases of the competition. 3. The preparation of the swimming pool for competition. 4. Swim competition rules. Having registered in the program the student chooses the desired section, performs the assigned tasks, replies to the stated questions and performs the practical duties such as preparing the swimming pool, places the referees and judges in their proper positions and directs the referees, team leaders and the swim participants at the different competition stages. In the administrator's program there is an Internet environment, which controls the students' on going tasks. Created student knowledge evaluation program, which permits the students to immediately learn the result. The established program will allow to improve student's learning the refereeing and judging functions in swimming competition, will activate student's independent task completion and will permit non swimming specialists to become qualified swimming competition referees.
