Vaikų nusikalstamumo raiškos fenomenologinė analizė

LTStraipsnyje pateikiamas vaikų nusikalstamumo raiškos fenomenologinis aiškinimas. Moksline-metodologine prasme vaikų nusikalstamumo problema yra integracinė, ji reikalauja socialinių, humanitarinių, filosofinių mokslų sąsajų. Todėl fenomenologinis požiūris į vaikų nusikalstamumo reiškinio analizę būtų vienas iš metodų, padedančių atlikti gilumines jo įžvalgas, taip pat atrasti socialinių, pedagoginių veiksnių kontekstą, suponavusį vaikų nusikalstamumo situaciją. Fenomenologijos taikymas padeda suvokti vaikų nusikalstamumo raiškos esmę.

ENThe interpretation of the delinquency of children, as the pedagogic phenomenon, still lacks expedient methodology as its was almost exceptionally based on the conception formulated by positivism of a child as an "imperfect" human being, and the behaviour of children has been analyzed not as a conception of children culture, but as a conception of the adult culture, which is formed not by the present, but by the past time. Recently in the majority of European countries, especial Scandinavian (Denmark, Sweden), the phenomenological analysis of the delinquency of children dominates, and such analysis permits to disclose the groups of inner and outer factors as presupposing such a situation and makes it "more clear". In the scientific-methodological sense, the problem of the delinquency of children is an integration problem and it requires social, humanitarian, philosophic correlation. Thus the phenomenological attitude to the analysis of the social situation should be one of methods permitting to perform the deep providence and detect the social, mental and pedagogical factors presupposing the situation of the delinquency of children and this may help to conceive the essence of the phenomenon of the delinquency of children.
