ENIn present days, there exists complicated children's situation, demanding the analysis of social problems from process of pedagogues training in universities and colleges. The problem of child's delinquency becomes important field in social development - educologal pedagogue. The experience of Europe countries proved that it is necessary for pedagogues to train to analyze child's delinquency, it kinds and the system of preventive work with children families. Delinquents have generally been found to be more likely than matched groups of nondelinquents to be socially assertive, defiant, ambivalent toward authority, lacking in achievement motivation, resentful, hostile, suspicious, destructive, impulsive and lacking in self-control. Many of these traits appear defensive in nature, reflecting impaired self-concepts and feelings of inadequacy, emotional rejection, and frustration of needs for self-expression. Delinquents, more often than nondelinquents, perceive themselves as "lazy", "bad", "sad", and "ignorant". According to their own self- concepts, delinquents are undesirable people; they tend not to like, value, or respect themselves. In addition, their self-concepts are confused, conflictual, uncertain and variable. Differences between nondelinquents and delinquents in social behavior and personality characteristics show up early in development, even though clearly defined delinquents behavior may not begin until later. Several studies have found future delinquents and especially boys, to differ significantly from nondelinquents aged 10 in peer rating of honesty, troublesomeness, daring and unpopularity, in teacher ratings of "aggressive maladjustment", in behavior problems and in attentional problems and school difficulties.
