ENIn the article a theoretical analysis of the concept of prespeech developmental peculiarities is accomplished and mother (family) - infant interaction by different communication aspects is presented. The author aimed to search out mother (family)-pre-term infant interaction, especially by speech stimulation in pre-natal and post-natal life, including prosodie characteristics of speech and to describe the influence of pre- and post-natal speech stimulation for different prespeech developmental aspects, e. g. auditory attention, receptive and expressive language. The dominating factors of family - infant interaction were discriminated on data base. The analysis of these dominating interaction factors showed strong relationships between each other. Speech stimulation in pre- and post-natal periods of life is most important for prespeech development. Negative experience in postnatal life period is not significant for any aspects of prespeech development. Speech stimulation (especially in pre-natal life) including prosodie characteristics of speech is most influential for expressive language.
