Profesinis pašaukimas žmogaus prigimties ir brandžios asmenybės ugdymo kontekste

LTStraipsnyje, naudojant pedagoginius, psichologinius, filosofinius ir teologinius mokslinės literatūros šaltinius, profesinio asmenybės ugdymo kontekste nagrinėjama pašaukimo samprata. Pateikiama pašaukimo tipologija. Analizuojamas teologinio aspekto įnašas į visuminę pašaukimo sampratą. Atliekama eksteriorinio, interiorinio ir personalistinio asmenybės traktavimo įtakos profesinei veiklai ir jos pasirinkimui analizė. Pateikiamos šio teorinio tyrimo išvados.

ENArticle analyzes the conception of professional vocation. This conception is very important dimension of the vocational education and training. It plays significant part in the processes of the development of personality and the creation of the personal transcendental function. The main goal of this article is to give the short analysis of the professional vocation in the context of human nature and education of the mature personality. The main conclusion of this theoretical research is that the discovery of the personal professional vocation: creates wider possibilities for the valuable development of personality; intensifies existential fulfillment and strengthens the sense of the meaning of life; increases the employment of the creative potential, makes better the productiveness and quality of work.
