LTStraipsnyje aptariamos potencialios grėsmės investicijų saugumo įvertinimo sistemai ir pasiūlytas sistemos analizės metodų modelis, taikytinas, kai šalyje iškeliama nauja politinė idėja. Jau žinoma, kad politika ir ekonomika yra neatskiriamai susiję. Taigi klausimas, kaip investicijų saugumas priklauso nuo politinės aplinkos, kai šalyje iškeliama nauja politinė koncepcija, yra aktualus ir svarbus. Šiame straipsnyje siūlomos prielaidos yra padarytos remiantis skirtingų šalių sociologų, politologų ir psichologų visuomenės apklausų ir tyrimų rezultatų suvestinėmis. Šios suvestinės yra padarytos apklausų ir tyrimų rezultatus analizuojant atskirai nuo daugybės jų pradinių tikslų. Autorius konstruoja dimensinį nuorodų šabloną, kuris apima laiko ašis, valdymo formų skalę, ideologijos skalę ir politologinių sistemų ašį. Tai padeda parodyti, kad jei šalyje iškeliama nauja politinė koncepcija, dauguma visuomenė narių ją rems ir vystys tik tada, jei jos politinę-ideologinę esmę galima pavaizduoti pasirinktame politologiniame nuorodų šablone ir galima pažymėti taškus visuomenės individų požiūrių statistinio pasiskirstymo tipiškiausiose struktūrose nurodytu laiko momentu ir šios koncepcijos nukrypimas yra artimiausioje ateityje neprognozuojamas. ENThe article discusses potential threats to the system of investment security and offers a model of system analysis methods applicable when a new political idea emerges in the country. The fact that economy and politics are interrelated is a universally accepted fact. Therefore, the question as to how investment security depends on political environment, when a new political concept is promoted in the country, is relevant and important. The premises offered in this article are made based on social surveys by sociologists, political scientific and psychologist of various countries and a summary of the survey results. These summaries are done by analysing the results of surveys and research separately from a great many of their initial aims. The author constructs a dimensional pattern of references, which covers axes of time, the scale of management forms, the ideological scale and the axe of politological systems. This helps show that if a new political concept emerges, the majority of members of society will support and develop it only when its politological-ideological meaning can be illustrated in a selected pattern of politological references. The discussed methods provide specialists with an opportunity to evaluate the possibility for evaluating internal perils to the investment security in the process of the emergence of a new political idea and based on its political-ideological core.
