Summary / Abstract:

LTApskaitos ir audito magistrų I-oji laida Lietuvos nepriklausomybės metais buvo išleista 1997 metais. Per 1997-2004 metų laikotarpį buvo parengti 257 magistrai. Šios programos tikslas – parengti aukštos kvalifikacijos vadybos ir verslo administravimo specialistus apskaitos ir vidaus problemoms spręsti labai konkurencingos ES rinkos sąlygomis. Magistrantūros studijos trunka 2 metus (4 semestrus) ir apima 80 kreditų (4 semestrai po 20 kreditų). Mokslo tiriamiesiems darbams skirta po 5 kreditus, o magistro darbui -15 kreditų. Magistro programos tikslai ir uždaviniai yra susiję ir su studentų poreikiais. Magistrantai pagal savo poreikius ir interesus kiekviename semestre gali pasirinkti studijuoti savo nuožiūra po dvi disciplinas iš siūlomų 5 disciplinų. Apskaitos ir audito programos tikslas ir uždaviniai susieti su bendrais Vilniaus universiteto ir Ekonomikos fakulteto tikslais studijų srityje, su LR Aukštojo mokslo įstatyme numatytomis studijų nuostatomis. Kuriant programą buvo laikomasi šių principų: 1) suteikti studentams teorines ir praktines žinias ne tik iš apskaitos, audito, finansinės analizės, bet ir vadybos, marketingo, verslo politikos; 2) išugdyti kūrybingą mąstymą, gebėjimą organizuoti, vadovauti ir dirbti kolektyve; 3) suformuluoti mokslo tiriamojo darbo įgūdžius svarbius praktiniame darbe; 4) išugdyti savarankiškumą ir nepriklausomybę, ypač būtinus dalykus siekiantiems kurti savo verslą.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Apskaita ir auditas; Studijos; Vilniaus universitetas (VU; Vilnius University); Accounting and auditing; Study.

ENThe first crop of accounting and auditing masters during the years of Lithuania’s independence was prepared in 1997. During the period of 1997-2004 257 masters were prepared. The objective of this programme is to prepare highly-qualified management and business administration specialists to solve the internal problems and problems of accounting under extremely competitive EU market conditions. The postgraduate studies endure for 2 years (4 semesters) and include 80 credits (4 semesters and 20 credits per each semester). The scientific studies are ascribed 5 credits each, whereas the master paper – 15 credits. The objectives and tasks of the master programme are related to the students’ needs, as well. The postgraduates may choose to study in each semester two disciplines from proposed 5 ones according to their needs and interests and at their own discretion. The objective and tasks of accounting and auditing programme are related to the general objectives of Vilnius University and Faculty of Economics in the sphere of studies and the provisions regarding studies provided for in the Law on Higher Education of the Republic of Lithuania. While creating the programme, the following principles were observed: 1) to provide the students with theoretical and practical knowledge not only in the spheres of accounting, auditing, financial analysis, but also in the spheres of management, marketing, and business policy; 2) to nurture creative thinking, ability to organize, manage and work in a team; 3) to form the skills of scientific study, which are important in practical work; 4) to nurture independency and self-sufficiency, especially necessary for those seeking to establish their own business.
