Specialiojo pedagogo profesinės nuostatos: teorinio modelio metodologinis pagrindimas

LTStraipsnyje pristatoma Lietuvos specialiųjų pedagogų profesinių nuostatų tyrimo procedūra ir rezultatai (N=423). Remiantis teorine ir matematine statistine tyrimo duomenų analize, atskleistas Lietuvos specialiojo pedagogo profesinių nuostatų teorinis modelis: aprašytas nuostatų skalės konstravimas, išskirti nuostatos struktūriniai komponentai (profesinė motyvacija, pedagoginis autoritarizmas, negalės vaizdinys), analizuojama socialinių-demografinių kintamųjų įtaka nuostatų valentingumui. Atkreipiamas dėmesys į specialiojo pedagogo nuostatos transkultūrinės replikacijos ir kultūrinio savitumo bruožus. Išryškinta sąsaja tarp specialiųjų pedagogų profesinių nuostatų ir specialiojo ugdymo paradigmų kaitos Lietuvoje.

ENThe research of special educators' professional attitudes in Lithuania is presented in this article (N=423). The scale of professional attitudes of special educators has been constructed on the basis of L.L. Thurstone's methodology of attitudes' research. Three components - professional motivation, pedagogical authoritarianism and the image of handicap make the structure of professional attitudes of special educators in Lithuania. The features of cross-cultural replication and cultural specificity of the structure of special educators' attitudes are observed. Some social-demographical factors influence attitudes: women's image of handicap is more positive than men's one; a small geographical locality generates positive attitudes; boarding-school determinates negative attitudes; concerning age, negative attitudes are more expressed in the beginning and in the end of the professional career; tendency to authoritarian behavior of elderly educators is observed; teachers' attitudes are more positive than educators' ones.
