Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje pristatomi kokybinio tyrimo rezultatai, atsakantys į šį tyrimo problemos klausimą: „Kokie veiksniai sąlygoja slaugytojų streso patirtis dirbant su vaikais, sergančiais onkologine liga?“ Todėl tyrimo objektu pasirinktos slaugytojų streso patirtys vaikų onkologinėje slaugoje. Tyrimo tikslu siekta atskleisti ir apibūdinti slaugytojo, dirbančio su onkologine liga sergančiais vaikais, streso išgyvenimo patirtis. Duomenys rinkti pusiau struktūruotu interviu, o analizuoti taikant kokybinę turinio analizę. Apklausta dešimt slaugytojų praktikų, kurių amžiaus vidurkis 25,3 m., o darbo stažas vaikų onkologinėje slaugoje yra 6,4 m. Tyrimo rezultatai rodo, kad slaugytojai, dirbdami su vaikais, sergančiais onkologinėmis ligomis, patiria skaudžių emocinių reakcijų, emocinio bejėgiškumo išgyvenimų. Dauguma slaugytojų sunkiai susitaiko su vaiko-paciento netektimi. Apklausti slaugytojai išgyvena emocinį skausmą, kai sužino, jog vaikas serga vėžiu. Slaugytojai esminiu streso patirtis lemiančiu veiksniu įvardija bejėgiškumą, emocinį skausmą dėl menkų galimybių padėti vaikui, sergančiam onkologine liga. „Užslėptam“ stresui patirti įtakos turi ir tai, jog slaugytojai vaikams-pacientams stengiasi neparodyti savo tikrų (išreiškiančių beviltiškumą, skausmą) jausmų, vidinių išgyvenimų, skausmo, emocinės įtampos bei nuteikia save pozityviai, siekdamos vaikams suteikti viltį, juos palaikyti emociškai. Tačiau darbas su vaikais, sergančiais onkologine liga, slaugytojus savaime stimuliuoja nuolatiniam žinių plėtojimui ir pozityvių asmeninių savybių saviugdai. ENIn the article are presented results of qualitative research, which answer the research question such as ‚What are the factors influencing stress experiences of nurses‘ by working with children who are ill with oncological diseases?‘ The research focus is the stress experiences of nurses in oncological nursing of children. The research aim was to reveal and characterize the stress experiences of nurses by working with the children who are ill with oncological diseases. The data were collected with the semi-structured interviews and analyzed by applying the qualitative content analysis. In the research had participated ten nurses practitioners and their means of age were 2,53 years and of work experience - 6,4 years. Results highlighted that nurses by working with the children, who are ill with the oncological diseases, experience painful emotional reactions and trials of emotional disability. The most of the research participants-nurses hardly resign oneself to loss of the child-patient. The interviewed nurses experience the emotional pain, when they learn about the child’s oncological disease. As the main factor nurses mention their emotional pain because of miserable possibilities to help the child who is ill with the oncological disease and that influences the nurse’s state of helplessness. The "hidden" stress is experienced by nurses because they strive not to express their true feelings (helplessness, emotional pain, sadness), and they experience internal empathy, pain, emotional tension and indispose themselves towards positive stance in order to provide the hope for the child and to support him / her emotionally. But the work with the children who are ill with oncological disease stipulate nurses for permanent self-directed knowledge development and self-education of positive personal features.
