Dr. Sauliaus Lileikio monografijos apie jaunuolių altruizmo ugdymą sociokultūriniame kontekste mokslinė vertė

LTRecenzijoje apžvelgiama ir nagrinėjama Sauliaus Lileikio monografija, kurios pagrindą sudaro altruizmo ugdymo ankstyvojoje jaunystėje sociokultūrinių veiksnių įtakos kontekste mokslinis tyrimas. Autorius altruizmo teoriją praturtina naujomis idėjomis, formuluodamas esminę ir visybišką internalizuotinos altruizmo vertybės koncepciją, nustato altruizmo turinio ankstyvojoje jaunystėje apraiškas. Empirinių tyrimų pagrindu diagnozuojami ir eksperimentiškai patvirtinami veiksniai, darantys ugdomąją įtaką asmeniui ir jo tapsmui altruistu, leidžia prognozuoti jaunuolių altruizmo ugdymo tobulinimo parametrus. Monografiją sudaro trys dalys. Pirmojoje dalyje pristatoma altruizmo tyrimų metodologija ir metodika, pateikiamas atlikto tyrimo planas. Antrojoje dalyje apžvelgiami Lietuvoje ir užsienyje atlikti tyrinėjimai, atskleidžiama mokslinių altruizmo koncepcijų esmė. Trečiojoje dalyje interpretuojami atlikto tyrimo rezultatai, charakterizuojama jaunuolių altruizmo internalizacijos būklė, išryškinamos kvazieksperimentinės jaunuolių altruizmo kaitos tendencijos. Monografijos dalys yra nuosekliai ir logiškai susijusios, atliktas tyrimas turi didelę mokslinę bei praktinę vertę. Pateikiami susisteminti ir apibendrinti teorinio ir empirinio tyrimo rezultatai reikšmingi tiek idealiuoju, tiek praktiniu atžvilgiu, formuluojamos rekomendacijos jaunuolių altruizmo ugdymui. Mokslinėje monografijoje pateikta medžiaga apie jaunuolių altruizmo ugdymą gali naudotis studentai, doktorantai, mokslininkai, ugdymo praktikai.

ENThe review overviews and analyses the monograph by Saulius Lileikis, which focuses on the research of education of altruism in the early age in the context of impact of sociocultural factors. The author enriches the theory of altruism with new ideas and formulates the essential and all-comprising concept of internalised value of altruism, and establishes the manifestation of altruistic content in early years. The empirical research diagnoses and experimentally confirms the factors affecting an individual and his becoming an altruist, and enables forecasting of the parameters for the improvement of altruism education of young people. The monograph consists of three parts. The first part presents altruism research methodology and methods as well as the plan of conducted research. The second part overviews studies carried out in Lithuania and abroad and reveals the essence of scientific concepts of altruism. The third part interprets the results of the research, characterises the state of internalisation of altruism in young people, points out the quasi-experimental tendencies of the change of altruism in young people. The parts of the monograph are coherently and logically related; the research has a considerable scientific and practical value. The paper presents systematised and generalised results of the theoretical and empirical research, which are significant from both the ideal and practical aspects; recommendations for the altruism education of young people are formulated. The material of altruism education of young people presented in the monograph might be useful to students, doctoral students, scholars, and the educational practice.
