Kauno ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vadovų požiūris į studentų praktikų organizavimą ir kolegiją baigusių pedagogų teorinį bei praktinį pasirengimą
LTIkimokyklinio ugdymo auklėtojo kvalifikacija suteikiama šalies universitetuose ir kolegijose. Visuomenėje diskutuojama, ar auklėtojui pakanka aukštojo neuniversitetinio išsimokslinimo, ar kolegija pajėgi parengti dabarties ugdymo tendencijas atitinkantį ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogą. Kolegija yra aukštojo neuniversitetinio mokslo institucija, orientuota į praktinį specialistų rengimą, todėl profesinės veiklos praktika turi būti ypatingai tiksli, lanksti, atitinkanti dabarties tendencijas. Tyrimo analizė atskleidžia Kauno ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vadovų požiūrį į universitetus ir kolegijas baigusių auklėtojų teorinį pasirengimą ir studentų praktikos organizavimo stipriąsias ir silpnąsias puses.
ENThis article deals with the problem of pre-school educators' theoretical and practical preparation at different education institutions (at the universities or colleges). The research unfolded positive attitude of heads of pre-school institutions which participated in the questionnaire – survey towards theoretical and practical preparation of Kaunas College Preschool department graduates. They possess all competencies necessary for experienced educator at pre-school institution. Graduates from the universities and colleges have equal opportunities in finding job at pre-school institutions. College is a higher non-university institution which focuses to practical training of future specialists. Decent organization and implementation of pedagogical practices must be a very important factor. They have to be specific, flexible and reasoned. Kaunas College J. Vienožinskis arts faculty pre-school department in cooperation with Kaunas pre-school institutions carried out a research about students' and employers' attitude towards organization of pedagogical practice. Research results discovered strong points of practice and points that need some improvement.
