Dėstytojų požiūris į verslumo ugdymo prielaidas, galimybes bei perspektyvas

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama itin aktuali jaunimo verslumo ugdymo problema. Aptariamos teorinės ir praktinės verslumo ugdymo prielaidos, galimybės bei perspektyvos. Pristatomi ir analizuojami empirinio tyrimo duomenys apie dėstytojų požiūrį į verslumo ugdymo prielaidas Klaipėdos valstybinėje kolegijoje. Duomenų analizės pagrindu formuluojamos išvados apie tai, jog kolegijoje siekiama ugdyti verslumą, tačiau studentų abejingumas, nepakankama dėstytojų praktinė patirtis ir iniciatyva daro įtaką verslumo ugdymo sėkmei.

ENThe article deals with very typical problem of youth entrepreneurship education. It discusses the theoretical and practical preconditions for entrepreneurship education, opportunities and prospects. It presented and analyzes the empirical survey data on teachers' attitude towards entrepreneurship education in the assumptions of Klaipeda State College. On the basis Data Analysis, conclusions have been formulated drawn that the College aims to develop entrepreneurship, but students' apathy, lack of teachers' practical experience and the initiative has an impact on the success of entrepreneurship education.
