Summary / Abstract:

LTIšanalizavus vidaus kontrolės sistemos esmę ir jos įdiegimą aukštojo mokslo srityje Latvijoje ir pasaulyje galima teigti, kad tyrimų apimtis yra nepakankama. Šiuo kausimu yra labai mažai leidinių. Tam, kad būtų įdiegtos aukštesnės kokybės studijų programos, būtina atlikti sudėtingus tyrimo darbus, tobulinti vidaus kontrolės sistemą, kuri yra jau susiformavusi aukštosiose mokyklose. Todėl būtina didinti vidaus kontrolės sistemą, jos efektyvumą ir poveikį bendram studijų programų įdiegimo procesui.

ENAnalyzing the essence of the internal control system (further in the text as the ICS) and its implementation at the higher educational institution in the world and in Latvia, it can be concluded that the research field in this scope is insufficient and there are only few publications regarding this issue. In order to provide better quality of study programme implementation it is necessary to carry out elaborated research work and empirical and theoretical improvements of the ICS that has been formed at the higher educational institution, its efficiency and impact on the overall process of study programme.
