Verslo praktinio mokymo firmos "GGG" modelis Šiaurės Lietuvos kolegijos studentų mokymo

LTStraipsnyje analizuojamas studentų požiūris į mokymąsi Šiaurės Lietuvos kolegijos verslo praktinio mokymo firmoje „GGG“. Verslo praktinio mokymo firmos modelio taikymas verslo vadybos studijų programoje – novatyvus instrumentas studentų verslumo ugdymui. Tyrimo rezultatai taikant grupinės diskusijos metodą atskleidė, kad verslo praktinio mokymo firmos modelis, jo taikymas studijų procese – novatyvus būdas pademonstruoti teorinių žinių pritaikomumą praktikoje.

ENThe entrepreneurship education is one of the priority spheres in the educational documents of European Union. The main ways of the entrepreneurship education are: projective activity, seminars, business plan writing, simulative education, contests, debates, discussions, work in a team, etc. In 1993, by the order of the Ministry of Culture and Education of the Republic of Lithuania and realizing the general project of Education Ministries of Lithuania and Denmark, the "Simulith" centre was established. The main function of it is the Lithuanian PTF maintenance, coordination and development. Aim - to dispute the attitude of the students of Business management programme of Northern Lithuanian College towards the education in the practical training firm "GGG". Tasks: to overview the activity guidelines of PTF in the theoretic context; to generalise the results of qualitative, group discussion, research. Methods of the study: theoretic analysis of the analyzed object of PTF, qualitative research - group discussion. Having generalised the results of the research, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. PTF should be a part of business management study programme seeking for the innovativity in the study process. 2. PTF in Northern Lithuanian College is an innovative instrument providing the conditions for the business management programme students to the better perception and mastering of theoretic knowledge that is essential and obligatory in the real environment. 3. The responses of the first business management course students of Northern Lithuanian College and the attitude towards PTF initiate to register "GGG" in the "Simulith" centre.
