Organizacijų, teikiančių paslaugas ir paramą nukentėjusioms nuo nusikalstamų veikų moterims, sistemos vertinimas

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama organizacijų, teikiančių paslaugas ir paramą nukentejusioms moterims (šiminio smurto aukoms), sistema Liemvoje. Analizuojama paslaugų teikimo praktika, sąlygos, specifika bei apimtys. Straipsnis priskirtinas atskirai viktimologijos krylčiai - genderinei viktimologijai, tad pateikiama atitinkama oficiali statistika bei viktimologinių tyrimų duomenys. Be to, straipsnyje analizuojami duomenys, parodantys, kaip nevyriausybinės organizacijos, viešosios įstaigos vertina atskirus pagalbos ir paramos nukentejusiems asmenims sektorius, kaip vertinama teisėsaugos instimcių veikla užtikrinant minėtų asmenų apsaugą. ENIn the article the system of organisations in Lithuania, providing services and support to victimised women (victims of domestic violence), is analysed. An analysis is made of practice, conditions, specificity and scope of service supply. The article is attributable to a separate trend of victimology - gender victimology, thus the corresponding official statistics and victimology research data, indicating the actual and registered levels of victimised women in Lithuania, are provided. In addition, the article analyses the data, showing how the non-governmental organisations, public institutions evaluate separate sectors of help and assistance to victimised persons, and how the activity of law enforcement institutions is evaluated in ensuring the protection of persons in question. The article gives recommendations, proposals relevant to the improvement of the activity of organisations, providing services to the victims of family violence. Organisations, providing services and support to victimised women, are one of the most professional and numerous NGO sectors in Lithuania. NGO experts and specialists should be more actively involved in the creation and implementation of the governmental and municipal programmes, as well as in the situational analysis and formation of the general policy on reduction of women victimisation.[...].
