Neregių ir silpnaregių moterų dalyvavimo profesinėje veikloje ypatumai
LTStraipsnyje siekiama išryškinti neregių ir silpnaregių moterų dalyvavimo profesinėje veikloje svarbą. Atliktame tyrime keliamas tikslas atsižvelgiant į Lietuvos sociokultūrinę ir socioedukacinę patirtį identifikuoti esminius regėjimo neįgalių moterų dalyvavimo darbo rinkoje sėkmės veiksnius, atskleisti jų turinį ir įvertinti jų raišką. Tyrime dalyvavo 200 regėjimo negalę turinčių moterų iš visos Lietuvos. Gauti rezultatai leidžia teigti, kad regėjimo neįgalių moterų sėkmę darbo rinkoje lemia bendra valstybės politika, pačios moters pastangos ir iniciatyvumas, jos išsilavinimas ir tarpininkavimas (įgyjant profesinį išsilavinimą, įsidarbinimo situacijoje ir profesinės adaptacijos laikotarpiu). Identifikuotos esminės regėjimo neįgalių moterų sėkmingo dalyvavimo darbo rinkoje "pastiprinančios“ kategorijos, turinčios esminę įtaką profesinės integracijos sėkmei: bendra valstybės politika; moters, turinčios regėjimo negalę, pastangos ir iniciatyvumas tiek įgyjant profesinį išsilavinimą, tiek ieškant darbo ar keliant savo profesinę kvalifikaciją; tarpininkavimas įsidarbinimo situacijoje ir (esant poreikiui) nuolatinė parama darbo vietose. Išsiaiškinta, kad būtent šių komponentų raiška konkrečiose praktinėse situacijose yra esminiai veiksniai, nulemiantys regėjimo neįgalios moters dalyvavimo darbo rinkoje sėkmę. Pabrėžiama, kad pagrindinės kliūtys, trukdančios efektyviai organizuoti šias paslaugas regėjimo neįgaliesiems, yra kvalifikuotos profesinės reabilitacijos paslaugų deficitas. Veiksminga regėjimo neįgaliųjų profesinė reabilitacija įmanoma tik nuosekliai veikiant visoms sistemos grandims.
ENThe article highlights the importance of participation of blind and partially sighted women in professional activities. The performed study was aimed at, referring to the socio-cultural and educational situation of Lithuania, identifying the essential success factors for participation of women with eyesight disabilities on the labour market, revealing their content and evaluating their manifestations. 200 women from all around Lithuania participated in the survey. The acquired results allow for stating that the success of women with eyesight disabilities on the labour market is determined by the common politics of the state, attempts and initiative, taken by the women themselves, their education and mediation when acquiring professional education, employing and during the time period of professional adaptation. The following essential “intertwining” categories of successful participation of women with eyesight disabilities on the labour market, having essential influence on the success in professional integration were identified: the overall policy of the state; attempts and initiative of the woman both when acquiring professional education and searching for a job or developing her professional qualification; mediation in an employment situation and (in case of a need) a continuous on-job support. It was established that the manifestations of the said elements in specific practical situations are the essential factors, determining the success of participation of a woman with eyesight disability on the labour market. It is stressed that the main obstacle, hindering efficient organization of the said services, is the deficit of qualified professional rehabilitation services. Efficient professional rehabilitation of people with eyesight disabilities is possible only in case of consistent activities of all the links within the system.
