Pedagogų pasiskirstymas Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose
LTStraipsnyje pristatoma pedagogų pasiskirstymo Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose analizė. Nagrinėjami mokytojų pasiskirstymo įvairiuose mokymo lygmenyse (pradiniame, pagrindiniame, viduriniame) rodikliai: 1) pasiskirstymas pagal lytį; 2) pagal amžiaus grupes; 3) pagal išsimokslinimą, stažą ir kvalifikaciją; 4) pagal atlyginimą. Šių rodiklių pagrindu siekiama nustatyti Lietuvos mokytojų pasiskirstymo bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos įvairiuose mokymo lygmenyse ypatumus ES šalių kontekste, taip pat pateikti siūlymus, kaip optimizuoti mokytojų pasiskirstymą įvairiuose mokymo lygmenyse. Nustatyta, kad Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose dirbantys mokytojai sudaro 3 proc. šalies dirbančiųjų, sparčiausiai auga mokytojų, dirbančių 5-12 klasėse, skaičius. Pradinėse klasėse daugumą mokytojų sudaro moterys (98 proc.). Pagrindinėje ir vidurinėje mokykloje dirbantys mokytojai vyrai sudaro septintadalį (14,2 proc.) šiuose lygmenyse dirbančių mokytojų, tačiau mokytojai vyrai sudaro 2/3 visų pagrindinių ir vidurinių mokyklų vadovų. Lietuvoje daugiausia mokytojų yra vyresni nei 40 metų, daugėja pensinio amžiaus mokytojų. Svarbu pabrėžti, kad voliuntaristinis ir mechaninis mokytojų įvairaus mokymo lygmens mokyklose mažinimas, neatsižvelgus į konkrečias vietos sąlygas ir galimybes, nenumačius priemonių, galinčių amortizuoti tokių veiksmų socialinius padarinius, yra neleistinas. Mokytojų pasiskirstymo ir jo poreikio kaitos dinamika turi būti aiškiai įvardyta Lietuvos švietimo ilgalaikės plėtros strateginiame plane: keičiantis politinei vadovybei jo prioritetinės nuostatos neturėtų būti keičiamos.
ENThe article presents the analysis of distribution of pedagogues in comprehensive schools of Lithuania and examines the indicators of distribution of teachers on different levels of teaching (primary, comprehensive, secondary): 1) against sex; 2) against age groups; 3) against education, work record and qualification; 4) against the salary. On the basis of the said indicators attempts are made to identify the characteristics of distribution of Lithuanian teachers at different levels of teaching in comprehensive schools in the context of the EU Member States and provide suggestions regarding the optimization of distribution of teachers at different levels of teaching. It was established that the teachers, working in Lithuanian comprehensive schools amount to 3 per cent of employed persons of the country, the number of teachers, working in the 5th – 12th forms is most rapidly growing. Most teachers of the primary forms are women (98 per cent). The men teachers, working in the primary and secondary school amount to one seventh (14.2 per cent) of the teachers, employed on the said levels however men amount to 2/3 of all the heads of comprehensive and secondary schools. Most teachers in Lithuania are older than 40, the number of teachers of the retirement age is growing. It is important to stress that the voluntarist and mechanical reduction of the number of teachers in schools of different levels, without regard of the specific conditions and possibilities of the activities and without foreseeing the tools for amortization of the social consequences of such actions, must not be permitted. The dynamics of distribution of teachers and the need of its changing should be clearly stated in the strategic plan of long-term development of education in Lithuania, i. e. its priorities should not be changed with the change of the political leadership.
