Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama metodika, leidžianti visos šalies bendrąjį vidaus produktą paskirstyti apskritims ir savivaldybėms. Metodika pagrįsta ekonominėse veiklose sukurto bendrojo vidaus produkto, tenkančio vienam dirbančiajam, geru koreliaciniu ryšiu su atitinkamos veiklos dirbančiojo vidutiniu mėnesio darbo užmokesčiu. Pateiktos pagrindinėse ekonominėse veiklose sukurto bendrojo vidaus produkto, tenkančio vienam dirbančiajam veikloje, ir dirbančiojo vidutinio mėnesio darbo užmokesčio tarpusavio ryšio išraiškos. Kaip pavyzdys, taikant siūlomą metodiką, apskaičiuotas Utenos apskrities atskirose savivaldybėse 1998 m. sukurtas bendrasis vidaus produktas. Pagrindiniai žodžiai: bendrasis vidaus produktas; dirbančiojo ekonominėje veikloje vidutinis mėnesio darbo užmokestis. [Iš leidinio]Reikšminiai žodžiai: Benrasis vidaus produktas; Vidutinis mėnesio darbo užmokestis; Bendrojo vidaus produkto skaičiavimo metodika; Gross domestic product; Average monthly net earnings; Gross domestic product calculation.

ENThe evolution of the social and economic potential of the regions of the country and its individual municipalities is usually based on the gross domestic product (GDP) produced there. In Lithuania the GDP is calculated at the national level and at the level of districts. GDP is not calculated for individual municipalities, therefore, problems emerge in comparing and evaluating the unevenness of development among individual municipalities. The proposed method of the GDP setting is based on good correlation of the GDP per one worker in economical activity (formula (1) coefficient of correlation R = 0,953) and the average monthly net earnings of an employee of economical activity. Such relation is set separately for agriculture, hunting, fishing and forestry (formula . 1a), mining and manufacturing (1b), electricity, gas and water supply (1c), construction (1d), wholesale and retail trade (1e), hotels and restaurants (1f), transport, storage and communications (1g), financial intermediation (1h) and other activities (1i). The amount of GDP produced by a certain activity is set according to the number of workers in individual economic activities. The total GDP produced by individual activities shows the GDP of a district or a municipality. The GDP produced in individual regional municipalities calculated this way is compared to the factual GDP and if there are any inadequacies, it is distributed to individual municipalities proportionally. As the studies show, the amount of the GDP calculated according to the proposed method and the factual GDP are different at the precision level of the GDP calculation. The second part of the article shows an example of the GDP calculation where the GDP of Utena region municipalities is calculated for the year 1998. This calculation is presented in tables 2, 3 and 4. The proposed method for calculating the GDP may be applied in making forecasts. [From the publication]
