Užsiėmimų segregacija Lietuvos darbo rinkoje

LTStraipsnyje aptariamos moterų ir vyrų profesinės specializacijos problemos, skirtingos lyčių užimtumo struktūros priežastys bei socialinės-ekonominės pasekmės. Pateikiama teorinių aiškinimų, išryškinami feminizmo autorių pažiūrų ypatumai. Analizuojamas ir lyginamas dirbančių moterų ir vyrų pasiskirstymas pagal užsiėmimus, atskleidžiama "horizontali" ir "vertikali" profesijų segregacija. Lyginamos moterų ir vyrų galimybės "įeiti į darbo rinką", parodomas susiklosčiusių lyties stereotipų bei darbdavių sprendimų vaidmuo. ENThe article discusses the problems of professional specialization of men and women, the reasons for the different sex occupation structure, the social – economic consequences, provides the theoretic explanations, highlights the peculiarities of the views of feministic authors, analyzes and compares the distribution of the employed males and females against occupations, reveals the “horizontal” and “vertical” segregation of occupations, compares the males’ and females’ possibilities of “entering the labour market” and shows the role of the entrenched gender related stereotypes in the employers’ decisions.
