Pokomunistinės transformacijos tyrimų problemos
LTStraipsnyje aptariamos ir sisteminamos pokomunistinės transformacijos Rytų ir Vidurio Europoje (VRE) tyrimų problemos. Normatyviniu požiūriu pokomunistinę transformaciją siūloma apibrėžti kaip politinės demokratijos ir rinkos ekonomikos institutų kūrimo procesą. Tačiau lieka klausimas, kokia yra šių procesų sąveika pokomunistinėse šalyse, kaip ji gali paveikti tolesnę šių kraštų raidą? Straipsnyje nagrinėjama, kaip teorinėse diskusijose, skirtose politinių ir ekonominių VRE procesų analizei, sprendžiama rinkos ekonomikos ir demokratijos santykio problema esant režimų kaitai, kaip konceptualizuojama pokomunistinė dviguba transformacija, kokie siūlomi socialinės transformacijos VRE teoriniai modeliai. Taip pat pristatomi pokomunistinio politinio institucionalizmo tyrinėjimai, pagrindinės diskusijų kryptys bei įžvalgos, aptariamos akademikų pastangos į pokomunistinės transformacijos tyrimus integruoti tarptautinės aplinkos veiksnius. Straipsnyje daroma išvada, kad transformacija VRE nėra vien politinės demokratijos tapsmo projektas, todėl lyginamosios politikos ir tranzitologijos teorinio indėlio nepakanka, siekiant kompleksiško pokomunistinės raidos pažinimo. Tik nuoseklus įvairių socialinių mokslų atstovų bendradarbiavimas gali pakloti nuoseklesnio ir gilesnio pokomunistinės tikrovės pažinimo pamatus. Pokomunistinės erdvės vidiniai pokyčiai - įvairiakrypčiai, panašios transformacijos starto sąlygos neskatina institucinių formų vienovės, tad formuluoti bendrą pokomunizmo teoriją vargu ar įmanoma.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Pokomunizmas; Demokratizacija; Postcomunism; Democratisation.
ENThe article discusses and systematizes the problems, pertaining to studies of the post-Communist transformation in the Eastern and Central Europe. In terms of the standard viewpoint the post-Communist transformation is suggested to be defined as a process of development of political democracy and market economy institutes. However the question of interaction of the said processes in post-Communist countries and how it can influence their further development still remains. The article examines the ways of resolution of the problem of relations between market economy and democracy in the theoretic discussions, dedicated to the analysis of political and economic processes in the Eastern and Central Europe in case of the regime change, the ways of conceptualization of the double post-Communist transformation and the suggested theoretical models of social transformation of the Eastern and Central Europe, presents studies of political post-Communist institutionalization, the main directions and insights of the discussions and discusses academicians’ attempts to integrate international environment factors into the studies of the post-Communist transformation. The conclusion is drawn that the transformation in the Eastern and Central Europe is not only a political democracy development project therefore the theoretical contribution of comparative politics and transitology is not sufficient for the purpose of complex cognition of post-Communist development. Only a consistent cooperation between representatives of different social sciences can lay foundations for a deeper cognition of the post-Communist reality. The internal changes in the post-Communist environment are omnidirectional, the conditions of the start of a similar transformation do not encourage a unity of institutional forms therefore it is hardly possible to succeed in formulation of a general theory of post-Communism.
