Žaliavų sandėliavimo proceso tobulinimas UAB "Retal Baltic films"

LTGamybos įmonės sandėlio veiklos kokybė tiesiogiai priklauso nuo sandėlio išplanavimo, žaliavų iškrovimui/pakrovimui naudojamos technikos. Padidėjus maistinės plėvelės poreikiui, įmonė padidino savo gamybos apimtis, todėl išaugo sandėliuojamų žaliavų kiekiai, tai paskatino analizuoti žaliavų sandėliavimo procesus. Efektyviai sandėliavimo proceso veiklai užtikrinti, sandėliuose naudojamos įvairios technologijos, viena iš pagrindinių - informacinės. Tyrimo metu išanalizavus UAB „Retal baltic films“ sandėlio veiklą, žaliavų sandėliavimo procesus, sandėlio dokumentus, bei įmonėje naudojamas informacines technologijas pateiktos tobulinimo galimybes. As the demand for food film increased, the company increased its production volumes, which led to an increase in the amount of raw materials stored, which led to an analysis of raw material storage processes. In order to ensure the efficient operation of the warehousing process, various technologies are used in the warehouses, one of the main ones being information. During the research, after analysing the warehouse activities of UAB “Retal baltic films”, raw material storage processes, warehouse documents, and the information technologies used in the company, the possibilities for improvement were presented.
