Socialinio darbuotojo veiklos naudingumas priimant šeimas į dienos užimtumo centro veiklą, kurios globoja proto negalią turinčius asmenis

LTProtinę negalią turintys asmenys, kaip ir visi kiti žmonės, turi tokius pačius poreikius – kokybiškai ir saugiai gyventi, rinktis su kuo leisti laisvalaikį, mokytis ir gauti darbą. Kiekvienas atvejis yra individualus ir dažniausiai visiems protinę negalią turintiems asmenims yra reikalinga – kito žmogaus pagalba. Šio tyrimo problema – koks socialinio darbuotojo veiklos naudingumas priimant šeimas, globojančias proto negalią turinčius asmenis į dienos užimtumo centro veiklą? Straipsnyje yra atskleidžiamas socialinio darbuotojo veiklos naudingumas priimant šeimas į dienos užimtumo centro veiklą, kurios globoja proto negalią turinčius asmenis. Atlikta mokslinės literatūros ir kokybinio tyrimo duomenų analizė. Tyrimo duomenų rinkimui buvo pasirinktas kokybinis tyrimas, taikant struktūruotą interviu. Tyrimo dalyviai yra šeimos nariai, globojantys proto negalią turinčius asmenis, kurie lanko dienos užimtumo centrą sutrikusio intelekto žmonėms. Kokybinio tyrimo duomenų rezultatai atskleidė, jog socialinio darbuotojo vykdoma veikla dienos užimtumo centre yra naudinga. Analizuojant dienos užimtumo centre organizuojamų renginių naudingumą, ne tik proto negalią turintiems asmenims, bet ir jų šeimos nariams, dauguma informantų tvirtina, jog dienos užimtumo centre organizuojami renginiai yra ir būtų naudingi.Tyrimas atskleidė, kad šeimoms būtų labai naudingos atvirų durų dienos, kai jie gali aplankyti visas dienos užimtumo centro patalpas, kai tėvai kartą per mėnesį visą dieną gali praleisti dienos užimtumo centre, nes dauguma proto negalią turinčių asmenų nekalba ir dėl turimų negalių grįžę namo negali pasidalinti savo dienos įspūdžiais. Taip pat buvo atskleista, kad sukurta tėvų savitarpio bendravimo grupė, kurią koordinuotų socialinis darbuotojas, taip pat būtų labai naudinga, nes tai ne tik skatintų bendravimą ,informacijos keitimąsi bet ir padėtų spręsti įvairias socialines ir psichologines problemas, su kuriomis susiduria šeimos, globojančios proto negalią turinčius asmenis. ENThe purpose of the study: to determine the usefulness of the activities of a social worker in accepting families into the activities of a day employment center that cares for persons with mental disabilities. Research tasks: 1. present the characteristics of persons with mental disabilities; 2. describe the social worker's activities with persons with mental disabilities in the day employment center; 3. reveal the usefulness of the activities of the social worker in accepting families to the activities of the day employment center, which care for persons with mental disabilities. Study participants: family members: careers of persons with intellectual disabilities who attend a day employment center for people with intellectual disabilities. One person from 15 families who care for persons with mental disabilities was asked about the usefulness of the activities of a social worker in accepting families into the activities of the day employment center. Research methods: theoretical - analysis of scientific and/or legal literature sources and documents; comparison, summarization and systematization; empirical - semi-structured interview method used for data collection; the content analysis method was used to analyses research data.Research conclusion: The results of the qualitative research data revealed that the activities carried out by the social worker in the day employment center are helpful. When analyzing the usefulness of the events organized at the day employment center, not only for persons with mental disabilities but also for their family members, most informants claim that the events organized at the day employment center are and would be useful. The study found that families would benefit greatly from open days where they can visit all facilities of the day employment center, where parents can spend a whole day at the day employment center once a month, as most people with intellectual disabilities do not speak and cannot share their impressions of their day when they return home. It was also revealed that creating a mutual communication group for parents, coordinated by a social worker, would also be beneficial, as it would not only promote communication and exchange of information but also help solve various social and psychological problems faced by families caring for mentally disabled people.Keywords: social worker, a mentally disabled person (mental retardation), day employment center (day center), family members (family).
