Socialinio darbuotojo užimtumo veiklų nauda bendruomeniniuose vaikų globos namuose rengiant vaikus savarankiškam gyvenimui

LTVaikams, augantiems globos institucijose tapti savarankiškais yra ypač aktualu, nes jų vaikystės patirtis dažniausiai būna skaudi, jie auga kitokioje nei šeimos aplinkoje, ne visada turi gyvenimo modelio pavyzdį, stabilią tradicijų ir vertybių sistemą. Socialinis darbuotojas globodamas nepilnamečius vaikus bendruomeniniuose vaikų globos namuose jaučia visišką pareigą jais pasirūpinti, taip pat socialinis darbuotojas jaučia ir atsakomybę, jog visi iškilę neaiškumai namuose būtų išspręsti ir jog visų, iš socialinio darbuotojos pusės, klientų poreikiai būtų patenkinti. Vaikų globos auklėtiniui, besiruošiančiam išeiti iš globos namų, teikiamos paslaugos orientuojamos į jo tolimesnį savarankišką gyvenimą. Straipsnyje yra atskleidžiama socialinių darbuotojų užimtumo veiklų nauda bendruomeniniuose vaikų globos namuose rengiant vaikus savarankiškam gyvenimui. Atlikta mokslinės literatūros ir kokybinio tyrimo duomenų analizė. Tyrimo duomenų rinkimui buvo pasitelktas kokybinis tyrimas, taikant pusiau struktūruotą interviu. Tyrimo dalyviai - socialiniai darbuotojai, kurie atitinka apibrėžtus atrankos kriterijus: dirba BVGN, darbo stažas ne trumpesnis nei 6 mėnesiai, yra įgiję aukštąjį išsilavinimą susijusi su socialiniu darbu Tyrimo metu išryškėjimo, kad teikiamos socialinių darbuotojų užimtumo veiklos vaikus parengia savarankiškam gyvenimui suteikdami jiems žinias ir leisdami jas išbandyti praktikoje. Šių veiklų nauda leidžia vaikams socializuotis aplinkoje, tapti visuomenės dalimi ir palikus globos namus tęsti savarankišką gyvenimą. Vaikams teikiamos užimtumo veiklos leidžia jaustis nepriklausomais, suteikia galimybę priimti sprendimus patiems ir supažindina juos su atsakomybės jausmu. Taip vaikai kaupia savo patirtį ir ją naudoja kasdieninėje ir ne tik veiklose Raktiniai žodžiai: užimtumo veiklos, bendruomeniniai vaikų globos namai, savarankiškas gyvenimas.

Subject of the research: benefits of employment activities provided by social workers in community children's care homes in order to prepare children for independent life. The purpose of the research is to: to investigate the Benefits of Employment Activities of a Social Worker in Community Children's Care Homes in Preparing Children for Independent Life. Research objectives: 1. To present the characteristics of community children‘s care homes. 2. Highlight of Employment Activities of a Social Worker in Community Children's Care Homes in Preparing Children for Independent Life. 3. To identify the Benefits of Employment Activities of a Social Worker in Community Children's Care Homes in Preparing Children for Independent Life. Research methodology and subjects: theoretical – analysis of scientific ant legal literature sources and documents. Empirical – semi-structured interviews were used for data collection. The participants were social workers: 1) With a degree in social work 2) Working as a social worker in community children‘s care homes 3) With at least 6 months of work experience in community children‘s care homes.Empirical research results: Having identified the benefits of the employment activities provided by the social workers in the Community Children‘s Care Home for children in preparing them for independent living, it can be said that the employment activities provided prepare children for independent living by giving them the knowledge and allowing them to test it in practice. The benefits of these activities allow children to socialize in their environment, become part of the society and continue their independent life after leaving the care home. The employment activities provide children with a sense of independence, the opportunity to make their own decisions and a sense of responsibility. In this way, the children build up their experience and use it in their daily lives and in their extra-curricular activities.
