LTStraipsnio tikslas yra, išanalizavus personalo valdymo teorinius aspektus, atlikti sveikatingumo klubo personalo valdymo analizę. Tikslui pasiekti išsikelti uždaviniai, kurių siekiant išanalizuota literatūra lietuvių bei užsienio kalbomis, atrinkta aktualiausia informacija apie personalo valdymą. Teorinėje straipsnio dalyje aptariami elementai, sudarantys personalo valdymą. Praktinėje straipsnio dalyje, analizuojant sveikatingumo klubo personalo valdymą, pristatomi anketinės darbuotojų apklausos raštu bei pusiau struktūrizuoto interviu metu gauti tyrimo rezultatai. Pagrindiniai žodžiai: sveikatingumas, sveikatingumo klubas, personalo valdymas.

ENResearch goal is to analyze personnel management of thewellness club according to performed analysis of personnel management theoretical aspects. To achieve the goal and stated objectives, it was analyzed the most relevant information about personnel management in Lithuanian and foreign literature. The theoretical part includes analysis of personel managements elements. Analysis of the theoretical part disclosed that Lithuanian and foreign authors consider the personnel management as one of the most important parts of the organization. In accordance with their conclusion, organization cannot grow and thrive without personnel management. The most important elements of personnae management according to the scientific literature are: staff accountance and work analysis, planning, search, recruitment procedure, adaptation, evaluation, training and career management. The research part of the article evaluating the wellness club personnel management includes personnel questionnaire survey results and results of semi-structured questionnaire of the manager and the senior administrator. Summarizing the research of the personnel management, results show that wellness club management invest in their personnel, try to create good working conditions, good relationship and good working atmosphere. Conclusions state the facts, that staff turnover is low. This situation is influenced by working conditions, personnel relations, salary. The organization also uses evaluation and motivation systems, which directly depends on each other.It is proposed to improve these personnel management aspects: more attention for staff training, because lack of the training was noticed by workers themselves, also administration; to apply various psychological and personality tests during recruitment procedures, which could disclose not only worker's qualification, but also personal features; to focus to the period of adaptation to requirements and personality of the worker; to show the career planning opportunities in clearler way; to improve the personnel evaluating system.
