Penkerių - šešerių metų vaikų, turinčių autizmo spektro sutrikimą, bendravimo ypatumai

LTPastaruosius kelis dešimtmečius autizmo spektro sutrikimas yra plačiai aptariamas. Autizmas - tai vienas iš sunkiausių raidos sutrikimų, kuriam būdingi komunikacijos ir kalbos, sensorinės integracijos, pažintinių procesų, elgesio sunkumai. Kiekvienas vaikas, turintis autizmo spektro sutrikimą, yra labai skirtingas, turintis stipriąsias ir silpnąsias puses. Bendravimo sutrikimas turi didelę reikšmę vaikų socialinei raidai. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, jog penkerių – šešerių metų vaikams, turintiems autizmo spektro sutrikimą, ypatingai svarbus bendravimas, nes jie taip išmoksta tinkamai elgtis, mokytis, įsitraukti į veiklas. Kai vaikų, turinčių autizmo spektro sutrikimą, bendravimo įgūdžiai silpni arba jų nėra, tai lemia jų socialinę raidą. Tyrimo metu atskleista, kad dauguma penkerių – šešerių metų vaikų, turinčių autizmo spektro sutrikimą, turi didelių bendravimo sunkumų: kalbinių įgūdžių nebuvimas, nesidomėjimas bendromis veiklomis, žaidimais, akių kontakto nepalaikymas, noras būti vieniems. Bendravimo sunkumai šiems vaikams trukdo įsilieti į bendraamžių grupę, žaisti bendrus žaidimus su kitais bendraamžiais, atlikti veiklas, sunku komunikuoti su kitais asmenimis. ENResearch problem. What are the essential communication features of five-six-year-old children with autism spectrum disorder? The object of the research is the communication characteristics of children aged five to six years with autism spectrum disorder. The aim of the study is to analyze the communication characteristics of five- to six-year-old children with autism spectrum disorder. Research methods. Analysis of scientific literature, questionnaire survey (semi-structured interview), analysis of research data. Conclusions. Autism is one of the most severe developmental disorders, characterized by communication and language impairments, limited interests, and stereotypical behaviour. The analysis of the scientific literature revealed that the most common characteristics of children with autism spectrum disorder is communication difficulties. These difficulties can be of varying degrees. For children with autism spectrum disorder, communication difficulties have a significant impact on their social development. In summary, it can be said that the importance of communication and social development is particularly important for five- to six-year-old children with autism spectrum disorders. The ability to communicate effectively, express one's thoughts, wishes, preferences have a great influence on the social development for children. When children with autism spectrum disorder have poor or no communication skills, it severely affects their social development.During the research, it was revealed that most five- to six-year-old children with autism spectrum disorder have significant communication difficulties: lack of language skills, lack of interest in cooperative activities and games, lack of eye contact or desire of being alone. Difficulties prevent these children from joining a peer group, playing team games, performing activities, and it is difficult to communicate both with peers and adults.
