Mokytojų bendradarbiavimas taikant STEAM veiklas ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje

LTStraipsnyje pristatomas tyrimas apie mokytojų bendradarbiavimo ypatumus taikant STEAM metodą. Tikslas – teoriškai ir empiriškai įvertinti mokytojų bendradarbiavimo galimybes taikant STEAM veiklas ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje. Iš dalies struktūruoto interviu būdu apklausti 6 pedagogai iš Klaipėdos, Mažeikių miestų, Kretingos ir Kėdainių rajonų. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, kad mokytojai supranta bendradarbiavimo svarbą taikant STEAM metodą, tačiau kartais trūksta pasitikėjimo savo jėgomis. Mokytojams bendradarbiaujant vaikai įgyja daugiau žinių, potyrių, nes į ugdymo(si) procesą įsitraukia įvairių sričių specialistai. ENThe article presents analysis of teachers working together while applying STEAM method. The goal is to theoretically and empirically evaluate teachers’ co-working abilities while applying STEAM activities at pre-school institutions. Six pedagogues were interviewed from Klaipėda, Mažeikiai, Kretinga and Kėdainiai regions. Results showed that teachers understand the importance of working together while applying STEAM method, but sometimes they lack self-esteem. While teachers are working together students are exposed to different learning methods and experiences because different specialists are involved. Analysis also has shown that not all informant specialists want to share their positive experience. Informants believe that older teachers’ age and lack of self-esteem also makes it harder to work together while achieving STEAM activities. Keywords: collaboration, STEAM, interview, pre-school.
