Automobilių valdytojų pasitenkinimo autoservisų paslaugomis tyrimas

LTStraipsnyje analizuojamas automobilių valdytojų požiūris į autoservisų vykdomų remonto technologijų įtaką automobilio patikimumui. Tyrimo metu ištirtas automobilių valdytojų požiūris į automobilio techninę būklę, autoservisų pasirinkimą ir požiūrį į autoservisų vykdomų remonto technologijų patikimumą. Tyrimas atliktas 2021 m. rudenį, jame dalyvavo tikslinė grupė, t.y. Klaipėdos miesto gyventojai, turintys nuosavus automobilius ir besilankantys autoservisuose. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad automobilio valdytojai rūpinasi automobilio patikimumu, domisi autoservisų teikiamų paslaugų kokybe bei renkasi modernius, šiuolaikiškus ir patikimus autoservisus. ENThe article analyzes the attitude of car managers to the impact of repair technologies performed by car repair shops on the reliability of a car. The study examined the attitude of car managers to the technical condition of the car, the choice of car repair shops, and the attitude to the reliability of repair technologies performed by car repair shops. The study was conducted in 2021. in the fall, a task force took part in it, i.e. Residents of the city of Klaipeda, who have their own cars and visit auto repair shops. The results of the study showed that motorists care about the reliability of the car, are interested in the quality of services provided by car services, choose modern, modern and reliable car services.
