ENResearch problem. Mistakes in planning and organization occur in the management of the supply chain of LLC „ NEO GROUP“ which influence the time of order fulfillment. Research aim. To analyze the supply chain management in the LLC „ NEO GROUP“. Research methods. The analysis of scientific literature and sources of information, not structured interview, the method of observation, analysis of documents of the enterprise. Key results and conclusions. The analysis of the research revealed that problems occur in the management of the supply chain of LLC „ NEO GROUP“ which reduce results of the enterprise. Such key problems were identified: queues of vehicles which arrive to load are observed, lack of storage, employees in the warehouses are behind schedule to load vehicles, orders of the customers are being late.
