Prieglobsčio procedūrų skaitmenizavimo perspektyvos Europos Sąjungoje

LTSkaitmeninės technologijos tapo neatsiejama Europos Sąjungos pabėgėlių ir prieglobsčio prašytojų valdymo struktūros dalimi. Šis neišvengiamas etapas leido įdiegti esminius technologinio progreso elementus, kurie modernizavo prieglobsčio procedūras. Straipsnyje detaliai nagrinėjama, kaip skaitmeninės prieglobsčio procedūrų sistemos ir išmaniosios technologijos transformavo prieglobsčio procesą ES valstybėse narėse. Straipsnyje taip pat aptariami svarbiausi ES teisėkūros reglamentai, kurie labiausiai paveikė skaitmeninių prieglobsčio sistemų diegimą ir visišką prieglobsčio procedūrų skaitmeninimą. ENDigital technologies have become an integral part of the European Union’s management structure for refugees and asylum seekers. This inevitable development has allowed the introduction of essential elements of technological progress that have modernized asylum procedures. This article examines in detail how digital asylum procedure systems and smart technologies have transformed the asylum process in EU member states. The article also discusses the most important EU legislative regulations that have had the greatest impact on the implementation of digital asylum systems and the full digitization of asylum procedures. Moreover, the use of digital technologies in EU member states and their impact on the improvement of asylum procedures are assessed. In addition, the author not only examines in detail and highlights the advantages of the asylum process, but also discusses the fundamental shortcomings of technological progress which determine the path for the future of the digital asylum process.
