Summary / Abstract:

LTMokyklos patirtis - ugdyti žmogų, tai yra padėti jam kryptingai įgyti gyvenimo patirtį, visapusiškai tobulėti, gebėti pasirinkti ateities kelius. Tai lemia mokyklos mokymo ir mokymosi kultūra, mokykloje dirbantys specialistai. Žmogus privalo rinktis, spręsti ir atsakyti už savo sprendimus. Be to, sąmoningas Lietuvos pilietis turėtų domėtis ne tik savo krašto, tautos gyvenimu, jis turėtų suprasti savo kaip Europos piliečio tapatumą, būti neabejingas visuotinėms problemoms (Šiaurės ir Baltijos šalių..., 1999). Akivaizdu, kad šiuos asmens bruožus įmanoma išugdyti tik įsileidžiant pedagogikos naujoves į klases ir mokyklą [p. 34].

ENThe purpose of the school is to form a person and to help him to get life experience, to improve throughly and be able to choose a way of life in the future. That decides the culture of teaching and learning and working specialists at school. We were looking for the new and effective studying forms so we accustomed to a republican project “The modernization of developing natural science for students of humanities”. We took part in seminars, got acquainted with the texbook Tom Hagen, Lons Grosvold “The look to the nature and environment”. We desided that it could be interesting for students to study, because it gives actual information about every day life. So we actively took part in a use of the Norvegian textbook for Lithuanian schools. We were looking for the mistakes of the evalution inadequacy, created the tasks, sent Lithuanian illustrations. We were happy to get message of thanks for the given suggestions.Since 2001, every year at our school 15-20 students group of humanities is formed who want to study integrated natural science course. At this course lessons we often use this project as the teaching method. In this case we and our students are satisfied. We headed seminars for Panevezys and Joniškis towns teachers about this project and our work experience teaching integrated natural science course. Now this course is taught at 5 schools in Panevezys. The big problem for the creating integrated programmes ir the abilety of the teachers to collaborate and work ir team. For this we need tolerance, patience, agreenient if we want to find comman decisions what we are often short of. The speed of the life always increases. We need various knowledge and we must know to analyse summarise. That is why arose the necessity to integrate curriculum. It is very difficult to create integrated teaching system at school, but we are satisfied that we can join to this process.
