Lytinis ugdymas bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje

LTJauni žmonės galėtų išvengti daugybės klaidų, jei laiku ir tinkamai būtų lytiškai auklėti. Kino filmai, užplūdę televizijos ekranus, propaguoja greitą, be įsipareigojimų meilę, atsitiktinius lytinius santykius, smurtą, o įvairiapusė aplinka, įvairiarūšė reklama, bulvariniai skaitalai nuvertina šeimą, seksą paverčia vienintele gyvenimo prasme, iškreipia daugelio jaunuolių jausmus ir požiūrį į gyvenimą. Kaip visada mokykla atsakinga už daugybę dalykų, taip pat ir už moksleivių lytinį ugdymą. ŠMM ekspertų komisijos parengta „Rengimo šeimai ir lytiškumo ugdymo universali programa“ (2000 m.) skiriama bendrojo lavinimo mokykloms. Programa išsami ir apgalvota. Tačiau norint ja naudotis reikia arba jau turėti tam tikrą įdirbį šioje srityje, arba pradėti ugdyti laipsniškai. Lytinis ugdymas negali būti vykdomas nepasiruošus, tinkamai nenusiteikus, pripuolamai. Prieš ketverius metus ruošdama pranešimą mokytojų tarybos posėdžiui ta pačia tema atlikau tyrimą [p. 30].

ENOne of the most important factors in human life is sexuality and interests related to it. Extra requirements are added to a biology teacher, who is in charge of sex education at school. He is supposed to be well educated in this subject, have padagogical experience and be reliable to students. Also a biology teacher has to put efforts in trying to involve all school community members into this educational process, teach students correctly, understand and estimate essential psychological and phyciological changes in young people. The teacher's responsibility is to help students understand their sexuality, teach them to be responsible for their sexual behaviour, prepare students for marriage and parenthood. The main principles in sex education are: the teacher's morality, competence, honesty and the correct attitude to the problems which worry the youth. Successful cooperation with Family Centres, Health Centres, Family Planning and Sex Health Assossiation, gynaecologists enables to provide students with all - round sex education. Sex education is carried out during supplementary lessons, individualizing the present “preparation for family life and sex education,, program, adapting it to students age, informing teachers and students parents abaout the program. The most actual problems are described in the article. I hope they will encourage biology teachers to get more involved in this educational area.
