Senovės gyvenvietė šalia plento Molėtai-Anykščiai

LT2009 m. birželio mėn. antroje pusėje vykdyti plento 119 Molėtai–Anykščiai 28,12–41,3 km (Anykščių r.) ruožo žvalgomieji archeologiniai tyrinėjimai. Jų metu ištirta 40 šurfų (bendras 44,24 m2 dydžio plotas). Tyrinėjimų metu visa trasa pereita pėsčiomis, taip pat apklausti vietiniai gyventojai [p. 270].

ENIn the second half of June 2009, a field evaluation was conducted on the 28.12–41.3 km (Anykščiai District) segment of Molėtai-Anykščiai highway 119. During it, 40 test pits (a total of 44.24 m2) were excavated. They contained 2 postholes (test pit 14), a human radius (test pit 15), a late 19th – early 20th-century key (test pit 22), and ceramics (test pits 18, 33, and 38). Test pits 28 and 29, excavated on a small elevation near the stream at the 35.9 kilometre mark on the route, contained a cultural layer. In test pit 29 the layer was 50–60 cm thick and a dark brown and sooty colour with pieces of charcoal and 2 sherds of partly thrown ceramics dating to the first half of the 2nd millennium.
