Profesinės laimės subjektyvus suvokimas mokytojų bendruomenėje: lyginimas lyties aspektu

LTDisertacijoje nagrinėjamas profesinės laimės subjektyvus suvokimas mokytojų bendruomenėje lyties aspektu. Tyrime keliami probleminiai klausimai: Kaip subjektyvaus profesinės laimės suvokimo konstruktas pasireiškia Lietuvos mokytojų bendruomenėje? Kokie egzistuoja mokytojų tipai pagal tiriamą požymį (subjektyvų profesinės laimės suvokimą) ir koks yra šių tipų santykinis paplitimas šalies mokytojų bendruomenėje? Kokie egzistuoja lyčių skirtumai pagal: a) subjektyvų laimės pojūtį mokytojo profesijoje; b) apibūdinančius vidinių psichologinių mokytojo asmenybės savybių pasiskirstymus ir profesinę bei darbo aplinką? Teorinėje disertacijos dalyje atlikta mokytojų profesinės laimės sąvokos raidos ir transformacijų analizė, aptariamas Lietuvos mokytojo psichosocialinis portretas, atskleidžiami subjektyvaus laimės pojūčio ir darbo pasaulio dermė bei lyties efektai profesinėje veikloje. Greta to aktualizuojamas profesinės laimės konstrukto daugiamatiškumas ir atlikta jo analizė turinio komponentų aspektu. Atlikto empirinio tyrimo metu atskleista socialinių ir profesinio konteksto veiksnių raiška ir sąsajos su profesine laime bendrojo ugdymo mokyklų mokytojų populiacijoje (N=1902). Šis tyrimas, tikėtina padės nustatyti svarbius mokytojų profesinės laimės suvokimo veiksnius ir paskatins mokytojų refleksiją ir pozityvų asmenybės kitimą, plėtojant šią temą bei gryninant visą mokyklos bendruomenę apimančios profesinės laimės formavimo(si) sampratas. ENThe dissertation examines the subjective perception of professional happiness in the community of teachers in terms of gender. The questions of the scientific problem are: How does the construct of subjective perception of professional happiness manifest itself in the Lithuanian community of teachers? What are the types of teachers according to the investigated attribute and what is the relative prevalence of these types in the teaching community? What gender and age differences exist according to: a) subjective feeling of happiness in the teaching profession; b) describing the distributions of the internal psychological characteristics of the teacher's personality, the professional and work environment? In the theoretical part of the research, a detailed analysis of the development and transformations of the concept of professional happiness of teachers was carried out, from the point of view of different scientific approaches; the psychosocial portrait of the Lithuanian teacher is discussed; the harmony between the subjective feeling of happiness and the world of work and the effects of gender in professional activities are revealed. In addition, the multidimensionality of the construct of professional happiness was examined and its analysis was carried out in terms of content components. During the conducted empirical research, the expression of social and professional context factors and their links with professional happiness in the population of general education school teachers (N = 1902) were revealed. This research has helped to identify important factors in teachers' perception of professional happiness and encourages reflection and will likely stimulate positive personality change of teachers developing this topic and clarifying the concepts of the formation of professional happiness covering the entire school community.
