Nemunėlio Radviliškio paleolitinės radimvietės žvalgomieji tyrimai

LTTyrimai vyko du sezonus; kadangi 2014 m. vėlyvą rudenį dėl oro sąlygų teko nutraukti tyrimus, jie pratęsti 2015 m. pavasarį. Rudenį iškasti 7 šurfai (14 m2 ), pavasarį-6 (12 m2 ). Iš viso žvalgomųjų tyrimų metu ištirta 13 šurfų-26 m2 plotas. Tyrimų metu rasta glazūruotos ir neglazūruotos keramikos šukių, raudonų molio plytų fragmentų iš XVIII–XX a. Akmens amžiaus titnaginių radinių (skaldytinių, skeltelių fragmentų, retušuotų ir neretušuotų nuoskalų, gremžtukas) aptikta ne tyrimų metu, o šalia tyrimų vietos esančioje dirbamoje žemėje. ENAn evaluation was conducted in Parupė village (Biržai district) in 2014-2015 in order to ascertain the context of a Bromme culture Lyngby axe. 14 m2 were excavated in the autumn of 2014, 12 m2 in the spring of 2015, a total of 26 m2 in the form of 13 test pits with a depth of 0,5-1,5 m. One borehole was drilled in each test pit in order to determine local stratigraphy. Palaeobotanical samples were taken in order to determine the cultural and geological layers down to the dolomite base. The finds discovered in the test pits date to the 18th-20th centuries. The local population had previously collected other isolated flint finds that might be related to the Bromme culture Lyngby axe.
