Lietuvos valdymo forma: lyginamasis aspektas Vidurio ir Rytų Europos kontekste : disertacija

LT[...] Šio tyrimo objektas yra valdymo forma, jos ypatumai, valdžių padalijimo modelio atspindys valdžios institucijų tarpusavio santykiuose. Pasirinkdami Vidurio ir Rytų Europos valstybes, kurių konstitucijos ir valdymo formos buvo domėjimosi objektu, įvertinome nagrinėjamų valstybių konstitucinį stabilumą. [...] Pirmoje darbo dalyje analizuojami valdymo formos bei valdžių padalijimo bendrieji klausimai (valdymo formos sąvokos kilmė, kaita bei modernioji išraiška, [...] ryšys tarp valdymo formos kokybės bei valdžių padalijimo teorijos [...]). EN[...] The objective of this investigation is the form of government, its features, the separation of powers model reflected in the relations between government institutions. We evaluated the stability of the state’s constitution with respect to the Central and Eastern European states, whose constitutions and forms of government interested us. [...] The first part analyses forms of government and general issues concerning the separation of powers (the origin of the concept of ‘form of government’, change and modern expression, […] communications between the quality of the form of government and theories of separation of powers. [...] The second part focuses on governments of this region […], analysing the forms of government. [...] The third part concerns the Republic of Lithuania’s form of government and examines the problems of separation of powers. [...] Based on the methods chosen to examine the forms of government in selected Central and Eastern European countries, we claim that they can be evaluated as representative of republics.
