LTStraipsnyje apžvelgiama gastronominio turizmo reikšmė, teikiant turizmo ir svetingumo paslaugas, analizuojama gastronominių patirčių pasiūla Lietuvoje. Atliekant tyrimą, siekiama išnagrinėti gastronominio turizmo ypatumus ir įvertinti gastronominių veiklų galimybes skirtinguose Lietuvos regionuose. Tyrimui atlikti taikytas atvejo analizės metodas: informacija apie gastronominį turizmą buvo renkama iš visų TIC svetainių, kurios nurodytos nacionalinės turizmo skatinimo agentūros „Keliauk Lietuvoje“ tinklalapyje (https://www.lithuania.travel/lt/offices). Surinkta informacija straipsnyje analizuojama pagal atskirus regionus ir siūlomas gastronominio turizmo veiklas. Straipsnio pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados apie gastronominių patirčių galimybes atskiruose Lietuvos regionuose. ENThe article reviews the importance of gastronomic tourism in the provision of tourism and hospitality services, analyzes the supply of gastronomic experiences in Lithuania. The case study method was used in the research: information on gastronomic tourism was collected from all TIC websites, which are listed on the website of the national tourism promotion agency „Travel in Lithuania“ (https://www.lithuania.travel/lt/offices). The collected information is analyzed in the article according to individual regions and according to what gastronomic tourism activities are offered to travelers and what additional information is provided about the offered activities. At the end of the article, conclusions and recommendations are presented about the possibilities of gastronomic experiences in individual regions of Lithuania. The object of the research - Lithuanian tourism information centers published information about gastronomic tourism. The aim of the research is to examine the features of gastronomic tourism and to evaluate the possibilities of gastronomic activities in different regions of Lithuania. The research tasks: 1. To examine the features of gastronomic tourism. 2. To analyze the information on the offer of gastronomic tourism in Lithuanian tourism information centers. 3. To assess the possibilities of the gastronomic activities and information about them according to ethnic regions of Lithuania.After analyzing the information provided by the TIC about gastronomic tourism activities, it was found that in all regions of Lithuania educational activities related to local cuisine tastings and cooking lessons of various dishes are mostly offered. During the research, it was noticed that there is a lack of gastronomic offers for smaller groups and single travelers and adults, as many gastronomic activities are organized only for larger groups of travelers, while educational-familiarization and cooking classes are mostly offered to schoolchildren.
